Had a continuous problem with our flat from the day we moved in, emailed and had phone conversations, even had people round to look at the issue but 12 months later.. still nothing! However they’re always fast to reply and most of the time friendly!!
RPMS have been great with my partner and I from booking the viewing until our move in day. We are first time renters and wasn't quite sure about the process. We dealt with a lady called Katie who was always helpful and easy to contact.
Very happy with the whole process :) would recommend RPMS to anybody.

Katie was very helpful and followed up on all of the issues that required dealing with after the tenants moved out.

Good experience and knowledgeable staff. Probably use again. Negatives - 1. Documentation only received electronically - not always suitable for us older folk. 2. Rarely does anyone answer the phone - always seem to ring you back when you're driving. - but they do ring back. If I was wanting to view I think I would probably try another so that worries me.

As a Landlord, my experience with rpms over recent years has been a delight.
Staff are professional, responsive and have an excellent knowledge of the local letting market with regard to achievable rents.
Their marketing was of a high standard with regard to quality of photographs, description etc.
Contract paperwork / vetting of tenants etc gives peace of mind and have no hesitation in recommending to others who seek a rapid turnaround to minimise voids.
Lettings negotiators Katie & Rob know their business and together with Director Jamie Cammish they offer a 'safe pair of hands'.

As a director of Platform 17 for the last 9 years, I have had a few meetings initially with Plum management as they were called then in 2018. I had to make a few demands because there were areas that needed to be sorted out with the new build flats. Plum Management were slow at addressing problems. But since RPMS have taken over with Phil Whiting as manager, anything that needs sorting is followed up straight away, in a friendly, yet professional manner. Communication is excellent and any mails and calls to report issues from myself, tenants or buyers who have spoken to me, have consistently been followed up by Phil the manager and the necessary action taken. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any prospective buyers or tenants.

I contacted Phil our Block Manager with a couple of concerns and his responses were almost instant. He took into consideration my concerns and informed me that he would discuss the issues with his team and keep me updated. He did all these things and within days there were site workers fixing the problem.
The level of communication and support was excellent.
I would have no concerns about contacting RPMS Letting again and have a lot of confidence in their abilities to help and maintain.

I have always found RPMS to be very efficient and prompt in my dealings with them. Recently my flat was flooded and all the work was carried out by them to restore my property taking all the stress out of it for me.
Phil Whiting has been particularly helpful during this time.
