I purchased a VPS a day ago.
The support is the best I ever experienced compared to any provider I used before. Tickets I created got replied to within an hour and the live chats even within a few minutes.
The pricing is also top-notch compared to other services I used before.
I can only recommend this, especially since they´re based in the Netherlands.

After planned migration 24h+ and the service still not working...

Ceo and Cto always respond for technical questions. Replies come within 25 min during their work hours. Support is friendly. Firewall is simple. Server being used as a vpn is super fast. Cheap prices. It’s perfect.

No support whatsoever. all tech companies have live support not active, some beta tester dummy account and disrespectful to talk. I have been waiting for a reply for more than 24 hours. no reply whatsover, on email, support ticket or phone call (they never pick up.) Request Ticket #588d280c Install Debian 10-11 but the ticket no replied almost 24hrs go away

Update: More than 24 hours passed. No resolution. If you are thinking of working with them, RUN AWAY

So, i contacted using the live chat for a few questions, about the SSH key, rDNS, shield manager, and the mail port, COO Dries responded nicely and resolved my question in no time. Although I did notice some anomalies regarding the "mail royalehosting logo" that isn't displaying properly, but I was assured someone will look into it. Amazing response, nicely done.

Performance-wise, yea it's just for pterodactyl, but it's running smoothly so far, I will update this if I encounter any server-side issues! Dries, you got yourself a customer.

Ik zat met een idee in me hoofd en heb gelijk bij royalehosting beteld. Blijkt dat wat ik in gedachten had niet 100% mogelijk was en heb gelijk refund gekregen. Dit alles na nog geen 1u na dat ik een account had gemaakt. De support is supervriendelijk en snel. Moest iedere host maar zo een support team hebben!

I don't think that there exists a service where there are no problems at any point of using. But that's not what matters, what matters is the support for those problems. Even if I wanted to, I couldn't say ONE wrong thing about Royale. There were some hiccups in the beginning, like a faulty optic and a ram slot of the dedicated server that was rented, but Stan fixed it as soon as possible and they were nice about it, not evading the problem, but fixing it. Been running smooth since. Planning on continuing using their service. Amazing!

After using RoyaleHosting for over a year now I can say the service they provide is absolutely amazing. I needed a custom ISO for software loaded on my VPS and Stan was able to help me over the course of 2 days and set everything up. After installing was finished he continued to help me through some network problems and was always very prompt with responses via the ticket system. Recently leaving RoyaleHosting as my needs have slightly changed from what Royale offer.

However my experience has been nothing but positive, Stan the CEO has always been very helpful, patient and well mannered.

I had a couple problems with my server in the first month that they swiftly resolved and compensated me for. Since then I hadn't had a single issue at all and 100% uptime.

Thank you for providing an excellent service, if I need an affordable server I know where to come.

royale is truly a top of the line hosting, especially for its ddos protection and overall server performance, using royale is great and i recommend it 100%

Their windows VPS's are blazing fast and easy to use with good upload and download speed. I don't even have the top of the top specs on my VPS however its still very fast!!

One of the few hosting providers that actually offers amazing service and support. No matter what issue arises, it’s usually resolved in less than 12-18 hours (if it’s a complicated one). The first reply to a ticket happens within less than one hour, which is just not comparable to other hosting providers where you’d have to wait days.

Also, seeing how fast RoyaleHosting is improving and developing updates to their Shield Panel, I’m very excited for the future with them. I would definitely recommend using RoyaleHosting if you’re looking for a cheap but good VPS or dedicated server with amazing DDoS protection.
