I have been a customer of RoyaleHosting for over a year now, and overall my experience has been very positive.

What stands out the most is their support. Every ticket I have opened has been handled kindly and professionally, and you can genuinely tell they want to help find a solution instead of giving generic responses. For this industry especially, their response times are impressive, I rarely wait more than a few hours, and almost never more than 12 hours for a reply.

Their network quality is also excellent. It is clear that a lot of time and effort has gone into building and maintaining it. Outages have been extremely rare in my experience, aside from the occasional DDoS attack, which they usually mitigate and resolve quickly.

One thing I do think could be improved is the domain management side of things. It doesn’t feel fully integrated into their panel yet, and some announced beta features seem to be taking a bit longer than expected to arrive. It’s not a major issue, but it can sometimes be a little frustrating waiting for features you’re excited about. ;)

That said, no provider is perfect, and overall I genuinely can’t complain about the service I have received. If you are looking for a hosting provider with a strong network and responsive support for a great price and service, I would definitely recommend checking out RoyaleHosting.

However, after using Royale Hosting for about two months and testing multiple services they offer, I genuinely haven’t experienced any major issues. The few minor things that did come up were easily solved with a quick restart or by reaching out to their support team.

I’ve had several support tickets with them, and every single time they’ve been quick, professional, and easy to communicate with. I’ve never waited more than 30 minutes for a response, regardless of time or day which is honestly rare in this industry.

From my perspective, it’s absolutely worth the pricing (which is surprisingly affordable compared to many other providers), especially considering the level of performance and customer support you get.

I purchased a domain through RoyaleHosting after speaking directly with support, who assured me the domain would be registered within 24 hours. That time came and went with zero delivery, zero transparency, and zero actual help.

What followed was a series of dismissive, robotic replies like “your ticket will be answered as soon as possible,” which, translated into plain English, means “we don’t know and we’re not going to find out.” When I pressed for an ETA, I was met with a smug explanation that domains “aren’t automatic” and apparently take as long as they feel like taking—something I was never told upfront, either during checkout or while asking support.

The complete lack of urgency, accountability, or even basic customer service is baffling. I paid for a product and got a waiting room with no windows. My project is on hold. My time is wasted. And their communication style feels less like a professional company and more like a Discord mod giving out parking tickets.

I regret the purchase, and unless you're into delays, vague replies, and a support team that treats your time like it’s disposable, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Stan (the CEO) is providing a incredible services with great focus on customer success. Insanely fast ticket response times and they also have a Discord where they show off their hardware and communicate effortlessly with customers and the general public.

RoyaleHosting is an awesome service! Their support team has been exceptional, they helped me when I accidentally destroyed my VPS twice, and they were fast and professional about it. The prices aren't even comparable to other services as far as the quality of service you get, and their DDoS protection is second to none using Corero which we've found blocks 95% of the DDoS attacks we get. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good VPS hosting!

We are a hosting company, our shared hosting server was under attack for some days, we was getting null-routed by Mevspace even after purchasing their additional protection (additional €25 per month)

After purchasing a server at RoyaleHosting, they managed to block all the attacks incoming and the service is really stable. It’s a bit pricey than Mevspace but you get what you pay for :D
The only thing I would comment about, that the server delivered was missing additional disk drive and a ram. However they managed to upgrade it and fix the issue.
We have prepaid and renewed for additional 6 months with them.
