The shower cubicle stated 700mm x 700mm but it is actually 662mm plus an adjustment of 20mm to make 682mm. It did not fit my shower tray.

Good product, toilet, cistern and seat. Arrived on time, well packed, no damage and a pleasant delivery man too. It would have been five stars, but for a total lack of any instructions. I will be able to muddle through, but instructions for the flush unit would have been good.

Royal bathrooms delivery agent awful no communication two failed deliveries and stating no one at home they must have gone to wrong property if they had bothered at all.
Thank you for the response but you stated on the phone they were at a green gate and no one was home ! There was no phone call !
Let’s be honest and admit they got it wrong rather than try to justify a very poor delivery attitude bearing in mind I had paid an additional amount for next day delivery
