Exceedingly helpful and caring people. The planters are exactly as described. I am thrilled with them. They are very beautiful well made. I am so pleased with the planters and your very excellent service. Thank you so much.

Fantastic customer service and great product. Staff went the extra mile to check stock and product features for me, despite it being a small order.

lovely place to visit with so many interesting features for sale

They arrived very quickly.Well packaged with shredded cardboard inside to protect!
Great colour. Drainage holes already done too.
They were good value as price reduction, but the postage of £25. Was expensive. Look great with my twisted bay trees in now.

customer was very happy
Delivery very fast
many thanks

Quick delivery and v. well packaged

I ordered a large number of glazed pots from Roundwood. From start to finish I had great interactions with them - they were friendly and professional on the phone, and the pots, which arrived today, are beautiful. The delivery driver went out of his way to be helpful, helping us to get the pots into the back garden (a very awkward place to get to). Thank you!

Bought two fibre clay tubs directly from this company as they were quarter of the price of retailers and despite the postage being £25 it still worked out half the price of buying from an on-line retailer.

Great website, easy to order and very prompt delivery

Cedar shingles delivered within 24 hours of order. Amazing service at a great price

Great customer service! I haven’t received the items yet, but so far the experience has been excellent.

Excellent - delivery and product

Let down by the delivery company which I understand is out of their control to some extent however promising to call me back on two occasions and failing to do so is not good enough. I paid a £70 delivery charge and didn’t think it was unreasonable to have some or all of it refunded given that the delivery was such a screw up. I’m still waiting on a call back to say if they are able to do this.

The product is OK but packing and delivery experience poor - the issue I’d point out is the box was unsupported inside; the strapping band had broken and many of the shingles had cracked edges - whether by courier mishandling or bad packaging. I managed to workaround it but would not buy again or recommend. If you do need these, pickup in person or get a proper delivery assurance.

Great service with lots of help on order. Pot gorgeous!

Great service. Quick delivery, beautifully packaged and lovely product. Thank you 😊

This company is the best service I’ve ever had for anything, full stop. I was unsure of what size stand I wanted, so they went to the trouble of bringing them from their warehouse, setting them up and photographing them to help me choice. As a company director I order on a large scale on a daily basis, but I’ve never had this level of service. There is hope left for UK companies. I can’t recommended them enough !!!!

good communication, prompt delivery, good packing

Polite professional staff and prompt delivery. all good.
