I bought a brown jacket from here months ago and I’ve been going back and forth with my bank to get a refund. The jacket was not brown it was more a maroon colour and very thin. Not to mention it took a month to come.

They tried to put me off returning the item by saying a lot of their returns get lost as they’re an international company so it went past the 14 days of their so called refund policy. They’re absolute thieves. They’ve even removed their website now.

Paid £160 for 3 coats - only 2 turned up over the course of 3 months individually - 3rd coat not to be seen and the quality is awful. DO NOT BUY from here unless you are looking to get scammed. Cant even get my money back and they aren't responding anymore

DO NOT DO IT! I ordered from TikTok, took a month to come. It looks nothing like the picture and they are still trying to make me pay postage to return the item they have sent which isn’t what I ordered to CHINA. CHINA!! All of the replies are similar, saying we are sorry you are not satisfied and they are confident in their products 😂 they are refusing to give me a refund I have to send my parcel to china and they said it may get lost and can only refund things that they receive. It’s pathetic- don’t do it

SCAM!!! This website needs to shut down and the owner needs to be prosecuted. What she does Jheni is lies and scammed people for 60 clearly by seeing other reviews I should of checked here before hand. This is not a company this is a women who takes your money then weaponise’s it and does not even deliver after months. Exactly the same as the others who have experienced it. No wonder she was so fast to give responses via email cause she had them ready from all the other complaints she is receiving. She WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK! Coat NEVER CAME ORDERED IN OCTOBER AND NOTHING. She refuses to give me my money back that is today. I have reported her to Action Fraud and will take this further!!! Do not buy from here!!

First of all sent someone elses tracking and address also got the name wrong. Eventually got the coat, was ordered black it came as red. When i was querying this they just ignored what i was saying and tried changing topic or generic answers like be patient. I have a feeling that theyre made in china for less than a 10 pounds. All around one the worst things i have ever done on the internet was use this website.

SCAM!!!! I wish I read these reviews before ordering. £60 I am continuing to chase 5 weeks later due to no order being delivered.
After many emails chasing the order and eventually requesting a refund, I keep getting the same response from ‘Jhenny’ saying my order is on its way and will arrive soon. Appalling.

Not even worth the 1 star . Absolutely awful is an understatement. The black padded coat online looks zero like what was delivered .
After so much chasing my order, it arrived 2 months later. Couldn’t cancel and no refund.

Not even a 1 star! Ordered a brown padded coat received it and it looks nothing like the pictures. The quality is awful not to mention it took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered. I have emailed them to ask how to process a return and they have said they will only refund me 15% of my money which is absolutely ridiculous avoid at all costs

Defo scamming website ordered a padded long black coat via tiktok shop , no tracking number then when they've given it me it doesn't work , I'm fuming they dont even email you back to explain I've reported this as fraudulent company so hopefully everyone will get there money back.

I ordered 6 weeks ago, and everytime I’ve emailed they send the same message. I wanted a refund due to waiting and them taking the absolute *iss out of people, one person wrote 5-7 working days a refund will be with you and the next email the next day said ‘sorry for the delay your item is on its way’ I’ve done this for 6 weeks. I honestly can’t believe how stressful this is.
I would not recommend.
To me it is a scam!

Poor communication, supposed to be a London based company but the item has come from China. Excited to see how good the quality of this item is going to be. Absolutely no response in terms of getting my money back.

This website needs shutting down. DO NOT order from here, it’s not even real. I ordered a brown padded coat via the link on Tik Tok, 4 weeks ago. Throughout this 4 weeks there has been no communication regarding delivery and no replies when I have sent an email, the coat finally rocked up yesterday (22/11/25) and it is horrible, nothing like the picture, completely different colour and just all round ugly. The material is thin and cheap, £60 I paid, wouldn’t have paid £5, thank god I didn’t pay full price of £110, because the nerve of this ‘company’ to even advertise it as £110 is laughable. Absolute scammers. I WANT A REFUND

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a coat on the 25th October. It arrived today on the 21st November. (4 weeks later.) I was under the impression that this was a London based company, but the clothes are shipped from China which I only found out when it shipped. There was no communication from the supplier and little tracking details. The coat arrived very different to the photo pictured. For a start, it didn’t have a belt loops, worse than a dressing gown. The picture was a lovely brown long puffer coat, but what I receive looks like a burgundy sleeping bag with a red zip. Very poor quality with thin padding. I’ll be staying far away from this company and advise everyone else to do the same and save your money, buy elsewhere. If I paid a tenner for this coat I might have liked it, false advertising. I could have gone to China myself and come back with a better coat in the time it took for them to send me this, I’m offended

Ordered a coat on the 1st November and it has still not arrived on the 19th! Now saying it will be delivered on the 26th which is nearly a months delivery! DO NOT ORDER!!!

Its been well over a month no jacket same emails to be patient won't refund they even changed there business to another name but has the same women and same jacket at the exact same place but roselle doesn't exist

I paid 70 pounds which they won't refund it's a scam

It’s a scam, I ordered something from them over a month ago and I still haven’t received my item and they still refuse to give me a refund.

They keep telling me to have patience and understanding and that I have to wait for the delivery before they’ll refund me my money.
