Just don't.
Fake clothes.
Fake company.
Trying to get money back via PayPal now.
If you want to get back at them, send lots of nr 4 and 🕓. Symbolizes bad luck wich is all I wish for them.

I have given one star, as a minus rating is not an option!

The tops I ordered were poor quality and massive. I contacted customer service as instructed and eventually told them I wanted a full refund, so sent the tops back to China by tracked and recorded delivery.

The parcel was delivered on 8th November, but I have been told the factory hasn’t received it!,

Save your money, time and patience DO NOT ORDER !!!

I ordered 2 tops / tunics which on receipt were absolutely nothing like the 'images/photos' on the website. On one of the tops the hemming had not been finished - the material was fraying and of very poor quality! and the printing (patterns) on the material was of akin to cheap paint print . Overall I would say that both were not fit to be worn or sold as finished garments and were really just rags! I emailed the company requesting a refund and an address to return the garments; I received an email back with address to return (China) and an offer of 15% discount but as I had paid >£40 and that the garments were unwearable I declined. The garments were returned and although postal tracking has proved their delivery Rosefind are not responding to my request for full refund. Do not order anything from this company.

I, too, wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot instead of just the reviews on the Rosefind website.
Two of my three tops were completely unacceptable....nothing like advertised. I eventually got a partial refund on 2 of the tops but it still means I paid 48 pounds for the one acceptable top.

Minus 0 stars !!!! Awful products went on website to return but not such part as return / exchange to fill in , emailed them only for the email to be rejected ???? So how do I return ? No phone number no valid email address ..... con artists 😡😡😡😡😡

So disappointed!
Order 3 items.. 2 of them arrived after 2 weeks (bad quality and not the same colour as I expected) - from 3 weeks trying to return one of them -and so far no chance to do it!
1 T-shirts off stock - after two weeks they just found out.. ok. No problem..things happen. Less money return than originally paid (?) who knows why? No reply so far.

I would not recommend it.

I can only reiterate what everybody else has said except that I received half my order which was trash and in three months I haven’t had the rest of the order. They say it has been shipped so heaven knows where it’s sailed of to. There must be somewhere where you can report this extortion to.

Items took ages to arrive, they are far to small for the size they are supposed to be and quality is appalling. Sent them an email tell them their sizes are wrong and to ask how to return the items and a refund. As a response they wanted pictures of me wearing them. I obliged and sent the pictures. Here is the reply I got

Appalling. Items look nothing like the advertised photos. Still struggling to return the items.

I fell into the same trap. Wanted to return an item that looked nothing like the photo and was told that the shipping cost and duty was not worth it and was told to give it to a friend or family. I was offered a 10% refund. Item took weeks to arrive as well Steer clear of this company.

Appalling - all the other reviews are right. Awful quality and crap delivery. Total con.

DON'T....Just don't buy from this company ( i use the word loosely). Apparently we have to give 1 star to write a review....in my view, they shouldn't get any stars....
awful service....weeks for clothes to arrive and when they did the stitching was terrible and faulty.
Their response.....send them back ( no offer from them to cover postage), OR have 25% refund and GIVE the clothes to a friend! That works, giving faulty, shoddy clothes to a pal!!

Seriously, words (in public) cannot describe these clever parasites.

Don't do it the pics look lovely but the reality is shoddy poor quality and all you get when you complain is. Give it to friend or family and we'll knock 20% off it's not worth it. Logging complaint with PayPal as I feel like I've been robbed.

Absolute rubbish, very tiresome and complicated return procedures. Looks like £58 completely wasted, £5.80 would have been too much!!! Another rip off trader from China. Probably reinvent itself next week with a new name to con another set of trusting online shoppers.

Zero stars. Stitching poor, nothing like picture, material shoddy. When you send back they say you didn't return it. No chance of refund. Doesnt even accept the order number or account. PayPal not helpful at all. £25 down the drain. Dont use Rosefind or PayPal!!!

They sent total rubbish, their goods (if they can only be called goods, I'd rather call them bads) are of poor quality or no quality at all, the clothes don't even look like the ones in the photos. Moreover, they refuse to exchange or refund the items that to not match the buyers expectations. So if you don't want to waste your money, time and nerves, please avoid this fraud business.

Ordered a navy top it arrived and was light blue. On emailing the seller they said that’s what it was as pictured (it wasn’t) and so far no refund options.

Don’t waste your money! The top I ordered can only be described as very shoddy. The material is cut on the cross causing the hem and sleeve edges to be rutched. Lots of excess thread that has not been finished off properly due to extremely poor sewing, a child could make one better than these so called machinists! This company should be ashamed of themselves that there’re actually selling this crap! It’s money for old rope!

Poor quality and they expect you to pay for returns to China! Clothing nothing like advertised and not even finished off. Spent £50 and wanted to return items. They wanted me to pay £18 to send them back to get a refund. They are in breach of distance selling rules. SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
