On 2/15/2026 I received an email from Pure Health congratulating me on my purchase of one of their products. The email also asked that I finish certain information requirements to complete my customer profile. Additionally, the email stated that the product would be shipped quickly. For the record, I did not make this order nor had I ever heard of Pure Health before I received this email.

I responded with a f___ you Reply email and demanded that this scam be stopped and that I would not accept the material nor would I pay any charges. Within 4 hours I received 2 emails apologizing for the mixup and promising that no product would be shipped nor charges rendered. No reason was given for the "mixup."

Since the 15th, I have monitored my credit card accounts and performed an audit of my online history record. I found no record of communications with Pure Health prior to the 15th nor have there been any charges against any of my credit card accounts.

My wife and I have been victimized by several hacking incidents on medical record keeping companies. My suspicion is that Pure Health may be using hacked information to execute phishing scams on unsuspecting individuals. I also suspect that their request for additional information was their way to get account numbers and other critical information to complete their scam. BE VERY CAREFUL!

I ordered what I thought was a one time purchace. It was a subscripiton for a TON of product every month. Then I "thought" I canceled my "subscription" and it simply changed my order from 6 to 1 bottles... so now I believe I have canceled (for the second time!) we will see what happens! Be careful ordering from this company!

Just forget it! They are so unethical. It's very difficult to order without subscribing to future orders. And they don't let you order just one thing; the process goes on and on. And they require you to pay return postage even if they send the wrong item.

I have used a Pure Health Research product for a few months now. My issue is not with the product itself, as I do not have an opinion yet. I do know it is not a miracle product after using the product for three months. My issue is with the marketing. In November of 2025, I purchased a product with a promo code. Soon after the purchase, an exorbitant amount was charged to my credit card by the company for more product in the future. I was able to get a partial refund of the initial exorbitant amount of $263.00. I was not dissatisfied with the product, so I made another purchase January 2026, using a promo code. Before the product arrived, I was again charged $81.89 for more product. The customer service department is terrible, and seemingly, does not want to fix this issue, as it is obviously good revenue. The customer service agent would not attempt to understand/comprehend that I wanted him to assess the automatic and excess charges. Leading me to believe, this is their money-maker-game.

After following up, like Pure Health suggested in their response to my review, Pure Health states they cannot refund the unauthorized “exorbitant CLUB charge” until I have PayPal drop my case. Would dropping the case with PayPal just make it more difficult for me to obtain a refund? In my mind, this is the sole reason for using PayPal! (Preventing companies from charging unauthorized charges!) One week, following the attempted resolution of this bogus “CLUB” charge, Pure Health Research has yet to refund $81.00.

1. Use PayPal whenever possible to protect your purchases. (even if the company drags it out for the longest time possible, in a few months a refund should be obtained)
2. Why does a supplement company need a 24/7 resolution Center? . . . SUSPICIOUS!

Ordered 3xbottles of mullien extract weeks ago and still have not recieved.

This company will rip you off as fast as your very first order is placed. Bam!! Over $300 out of my checking account when I spent $90 with them for supplements. It even showed on PayPal $97, that disappeared and now it is $303.59. This company is dishonest. I've emailed them so many times they told me twice it was canceled and all of a sudden I get a shipping notice, So instead of canceling they went ahead and shipped it out, delivery won't be here until the 21st. So I'm out over $300 that was going to go for Christmas money. Oh sure they did me a favor and sent me a return shipping label. I did not purchase $300 worth of stuff. They actually told me, "oh at the end of your order there was a special offer added on". If you don't like money stolen from you DO NOT do business with this company. I heard about them on Real America's Voice, I thought oh it's got to be a good company if it's on there. They are scammers. They are good at scamming people. They refuse to refund my 303.59, until I receive the delivery and then I can return them for a full refund. And, I have to pay the shipping back, to top it off. I filed a complaint with PayPal, I've written to the Grant Stinchfield show. These people are pathetic. I order a lot of things online, once in awhile you find a real crappy company.. beware of these people!!! If they were a reputable company and there were mistakes made here They would refund my money today.. And if I do receive my payment today or tomorrow I will update my review. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!

Be careful when ordering product. I ordered on bottle of Liver Support for a total of $43.16. What i didn't notice is they included a Membership for $0, and then in the small print below it stated that I did not remove the "free membership" from my Chart, then I would be charged $77 a month for 6 months. Something I didn't want or would have ever agreed to. Then a week later they charged me $83.74 for this "Membership" I called and immediately cancelled. But no refund possible on the first month of $83.74 (Membership) Odd that they charged tax on a $77 membership too. Be careful!

I did’nt receive my ordered products from Purewelllhealthllc.com in 2 months . They answerd my mail after 1,5 months but when I called them, I did´nt come through. You are on hold all the time. Their webpage is not designed for foreign mobile numbers, so they can’t call you back if you live overseas. They could´nt deliver the products because they were stopped at customs. Probably because of prohibited substances in the contents or because the health food product is not sufficiently scientifically tested. After several weeks of pushing, I finally got my 407 USD back. The company said that my first purchase could could be refunded directly to my credit card used, but my second purchase would have to be refunded via PayPal. The credit card company says that´s not true. The company can pay directly back to the credit card used. It has caused me a tremendous amount of work writing back and forth to Purewellhealthllc.com and the credit card company to get my money back. I will never buy any health products online again.

I ordered a supplement called Fungus Eliminator from Pure Health Research. Instructions state to take 2 capsules per day. At the end of the month, there was always 1 capsule in the bottle. I kept telling myself I needed to count the capsules in the bottle before I start taking them. Today was the day. Every bottle is missing 1 or 2 capsules. I call this systematic theft. They said they are sending me an additional bottle to make up for the missing capsules. We will see if that happens. If it is not shipped tomorrow as promised, I am contact the Texas State Attorney General's office and filing a complaint for theft.

Same as others, ordered and was put on the subscription. But cancelled it too late and they've sent me more. Nowhere on their site to initiate a return. Am fighting them for my money back or I return the item. AVOID them at all costs! TIP: threaten to report them to the Financial Ombudsman and they process your refund at lightning speed!

When I tried to order a few bottles of supplements as a one time order, it jumped over to subscribe. I changed it and then proceeded to order. Upon checkout for an order that was supposed to cost $67.50, they tried to charge me $274.00. I called them immediately to cancel. Very deceptive ordering process! I wish that I had seen these reviews before trying to order. Total scam!

Pure health research is a total scam , if you don’t think so try to cancel an order!
Total confusion on ordering is not an accident and leaving a customer complaint is impossible! Being redirected is their way of avoiding confrontation. If this company is this bad on placing an order ?? What are their products like ? ? Avoid them !

total scam , wanted to order a couple bottles of liver pills, ended up with a total of over $250. When i told them i wanted to cancel (same day) they said it was too late, shipment already sent. Tracking shows it went back to "original sender" but still charged me. Tried to file complaint with paypal for refund and they denied saying "sender showed tracking". Had to reopen case and prove the shipment did not come to me, it went back to them! Horrible experience. Total scam

This place is a scam. We ordered something, but then they called and called and called every day for months, claiming that we owed $150. We finally found that the caller was based in the United Arab Emirates, and when we finally agreed to pay $150, they claimed we also owed $395. AVOID this place. AVOID!!! Why did Trump close out the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau? It's the only place Americans could get help for business scams but this resource is no longer available. Theft of elderly and sick will get worse.

Purehealth is a scam. Ordered 1 bottle charged me for 3. Unable to get my money back . Phone numbers don't work, no reply to my emails. Still haven't received products

Check out very deceptive, did not sign up for continuous; got another bottle I did not expect, quite a process to return, and I have to pay return shipping. Product did nothing for me,

This is a scam. Wanted to buy lymph supplements for my dad but realised during the check out things were fishy, so I closed the site, only to wake up to a message from my bank’s fraud department informing me that they attempted to debit my account for thousands of South African Rands. Shame on these people for trying to scam the sick and the elderly!!

I ordered an item to try but when I went to checkout after they had my details it kept Saying claim your free bottle which I didn't want to accept as I thought it may sign me up for a subscription As I couldn't checkout without doing this I just left it. Only to find I was charged for 3 bottles for 67euro and subscribe. I had in the meantime found the Same product 2 for 11 euro I email and asked how they could justify the price but got no reply

Never received all my items went to cancel my order. They told me it was too late. I am out almost $500. I have never been ripped off this bad in my life stay away from this pirate business.

I placed an online order for 2 products divided into 8 packages for a total of €212.83 and it was held by customs and the Spanish post office for not complying with Spanish and European Union legal regulations. In order to receive the order, I had to pay €75.19 to the Spanish post office for customs management and also VAT. I filed a claim and the company told me that the aforementioned costs were my responsibility. I do not recommend buying products online from this company.
