The contemporary Christmas tree was certainly a talking point! Love it

Very nice man who I spoke to initially who facilitated my order. My coffee table arrived before Christmas which was wonderful (& no mean feat as it was being sent to Jersey) & I am thrilled with it - great product. All I need now is my VAT refund and the it will top off the excellent shopping experience!

We have several pieces of furniture from the Aria range, a black metal bedside table, a hallway boot bench, a decorative tray and now a bespoke smaller boot bench for our utility room. All are made to an extremely high standard and the quality really is outstanding. Our bespoke boot bench is exactly to the dimensions supplied and ‘fits like a glove’ into the space in the Utility room. R&W’s customer service is second to none and they are a wonderful company to deal with. We are definitely delighted customers!

The biggest thing was the table being made to the exact size I needed. When it arrived it was beautiful. The delivery was excellent well packed so nothing could get damaged. Staff at the company very helpful. Would recommend using this company.

Beautiful table, very well made, looks great. Rang company to ask them to delay dispatch for delivery on a Thursday/Friday when I wasn’t working. There was no problem, they were very courteous and helpful. Well protected for transport.

I asked R&W if they could make me a bespoke set of Aria nesting tables with brown glass to complement my decor. They said 'yes' and they did not disappoint. The tables are excellent quality, the small supplement for the change of glass was very fair, and the tables arrived carefully packaged. The customer service team have been a pleasure to work with and I would have no hesitation in recommending R&W, and buying from them again.

What can I say - I am so glad I found Rose & Walker! I ordered a bespoke coffee table after spending hours/days/weeks searching for the right one!! I spoke with Lewis via email, who helped with every query I had, and I am so happy with the end result.

Now I know the amazing quality, I am eyeing up every single product on their website! The turnaround time was also really impressive for a bespoke made product and it was delivered and packaged extremely well.

Received my bespoke order of coffee table & lamp tables today and I’m so happy with them, they are beyond my expectations the quality and perfection of them is unbelievable they are absolutely flawless. I would also like to say the service I received from start to finish has been 5 star, upon first contact Lewis was so helpful, kept me informed of delivery which happened to be much quicker than expected, packaging was brilliant the care that was given so these tables arrived safely was amazing, and lastly such a lovely friendly delivery driver. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you so much.

What can I say other than fantastic. The service was amazing and the items arrived well packaged. I ordered the Landon dining table and coffee table and they are lovely. The pictures on the website just don’t do the items justice. This was my first time ordering from this site and I will be definitely back for more.

Whilst searching the internet for side tables for our newly decorated lounge we stumbled across the Rose & Walker website and really liked the sound of their products. We ordered colour samples which arrived within a couple of days and then went to visit the workshop to check the quality as we had previously been very disappointed by other furniture bought online without viewing. No need to worry here though, Lewis met us and we saw examples of their furniture and processes involved. Our slightly altered sized tables arrived within about 3/4 weeks as advised and we are really pleased with them, perfect for what we need. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

From my initial enquiry, Lewis was so efficient and quick to respond. We discussed a bespoke table to turn a side table into a nest. He drew a simple design, which was perfect. We added that to our order for a Hudson coffee table and two side tables. We are so delighted with our tables. I am more than happy to highly recommend Rose & Walker. Coffee table arrived in good time, was exactly as its description. Very pleased with service.

My mother misjudged the dimensions of the coffee table. Lewis Walker was so helpful in getting the coffee table resized - and also in arranging couriers to collect and deliver. He could have simply said that we had been given what we had ordered - end of. Thankfully there are still people out there who don't behave like automatons. Great stuff. Thank you Lewis.

Good experience over all. There was a delay in delivery but this was because the company wanted to make sure they were sending me the correct colour product.
My email went in their junk so did their Lol.
In the end they sent out my product which is good quality and I love it. I would recommend the company for sure.
