Love these products, especially the purity excel tan remover which is an absolute god send when I'm due a fresh layer or mess up 😂 The Tanplexion range is also stunning and smells amazing. Been happy with every product I've tried!

I have been using Rose and Caramel for about 5 years and order pretty much monthly but have found recently their products just aren't consistent. The tan doesn't seem to work after one layer anymore, it's more a 2 - 3 day process of layering to get some colour even with the ultra dark, it also goes scaly on the skin after a few days which it never used to. There is a constant change in the consistency of the "mouse" which is sometimes more a liquid consistency. And the tan remover has also started to sting my skin leaving me with red burn like marks and stinging for a few days. I'm not sure if they have changed supplier or formula but I'm sad to say after 5 years of being a loyal customer I'm no longer going to be ordering after months or issues. I would like to note I haven't changed any of my normal products I used such as moisturiser or how I apply / remove.

Would not order again!
I have been using the Trinity Ultra Dark tanning moose for a few years now and have always loved it but I recently bought a bottle and when I washed it off there was no tan at all. When I contacted the company they said they did not do refunds or exchanges after 14 days. I would think when something is faulty a company should offer an exchange. Unfortunately I would now not buy this tan again and has put my friends off of the product too. Bad customer service.

OMG this tan is UN-REAL! It’s smells so luxurious and fresh and sexy! I’ve tried all the tans on the market and this is by faaaar my new found favourite! Just wish I’d found it sooner.

I ordered the Tanning Stick. It was awful.... bright orange, sticky and would not spread over the skin. You were given a mitt to do so ... but it simply removed the product. They refuse to reply to emails (but now swear they have) and will not allow the product to be returned.

I have tried everything, and i mean EVERYTHING, when it comes to tan removal and nothing works, so my expectations werent very high despite this being recommended to me. I have absolutely no words for how unreal this product is and you can see the tan lifting after a few seconds of rubbing it in. It has fully removed my fake tan, even in stubborn and patchy areas! 12/10 recommend. This product is life changing for my fake tan addiciton 🤣

Tan remover is better than others but false advertising of no scrubbing ( you still have to scrub) and 60 seconds and it wipes straight off I tried after a few mins and ended up scrubbing still quite hard for it to come off. The really tough areas like knees etc are still on!

I’ve used this product probably 3-4 times now and it works brilliantly, better than other tan removers i have tried. However I used it again today and did nothing different and the skin on my chest started stinging. I have never experienced anything like it before. I don’t have sensitive skin either. I will continue to use this remover on my legs as they seem fine but must be cautious around the chest area.

Awful customer service. I was a regular customer and ordered a top up of my normal tan and ordered 2 bottles. When delivered the bottles had leaked everywhere. I contacted customer services who then went on to send me emails saying as I hadn’t taking a photo of the packing that had leaked they couldn’t do anything. I made them aware that as this was fake tan I disposed of straight away as I was worried about it dripping on carpets etc and was all over my hands and worried about staining but again no help. When then finally replied saying unless I had photo evidence they could send a replacement. I replied to them stating I was a regular customer and felt there customer service wasn’t great and didn’t want a replacement and they just didn’t reply. Awful will not be ordering from again as there customer service is awful. The tan remover they have all over TikTok and instagram does not remove tan in 60 seconds either like stated.

Best tanning remover I’ve ever used!! Removes all tan, leaving your skin so soft and feeling back to normal. Highly recommend buying this 🤩

Love this product, it’s a staple in my weekly routine. Definitely worth it if you tan every week. Tan comes off so easily so you don’t have to scrub and irritate your skin. 10/10

Unlike other tan removers on the market this one is a game changer! Not only does it remove stubborn tan but it smells amazing and leaves the skin with no irritation. Couldn’t recommend any product more
