I came across the Rose and Caramel tan eraser that has become a viral sensation and was looking forward to hopefully finding something that actually works quickly getting the stubborn tan off…..what a disappointment! It does NOT take the tan off in ‘60 seconds!’ More like 60 minutes!

I tried it first on its own but it did nothing then I tried it along with my usual tan eraser and it finally came off but with a LOT of scrubbing involved!

I think it all depends on the kind of tan you use in order for this to work.
For me it did absolutely nothing unfortunately.

Also arrived leaked in the packaging so wasn’t packaged well am afraid.

Won’t purchase again….back to the drawing board for me!

I’ve used rose and caramel for years now. I would NEVER go back to using a different brand of fake tan. The colours of the tan are absolutely gorgeous and the range of different applications make it easy to top up without brown sheets every night! Removal is so easy, I don’t spend hours scrubbing in the bath like I used to. One of my orders was recently lost by Royal Mail. Customer service was exceptional and they ensured a new package was sent out in time for my scrub and re application process. Best tan and best company 🩷

I am so impressed,
been putting buying the remover and tan off as it is a little bit expensive however i regret not purchasing sooner, literally removes the most stubborn tan off in 60 seconds its incredible, no more scrubbing for hours.
Bonus points for the tan as well for being a sunbed brown rather than orange! Absorbs so fast , doesn't transfer , not sticky and smells insane, will be buying again!!

My items came through Royal Mail and unfortunately the tan remover I purchased had been stolen from the box. Contacted Customer services and they were so apologetic and understanding, rectified the issue instantly and had a replacement sent to me within a couple of days. Amazing service!

I purchased some tanning products that I had some issues with I contacted Customer service spoke to Tasha she was amazing very knowledgeable and dealt with and resolved my query very efficiently

My absolute favourite tan!! I’ve been a tan addict for years and tried all fake tans out there and I honestly couldn’t believe how amazing this Rose and Caramel tan was! I used the velvety one and it’s the darkest yet most natural tan that lasts for the longest time! I exfoliated yesterday after 7days and there was no buildup or dry patches whatsoever, I could have easily gotten away with another 2-3days. There is no horrible smell to it and also blends like a dream! Customer service also absolutely fantastic, I had an issue with Amazon order and Christina sorted it in no time and was super friendly! I highly recommend and will be purchasing again and again 🩷

Not the best but also not the worst. First of they did not send all my items which made me chase them and have to wait another week for delivery.. when I put the tan on it came out green.. and it's very patchy even though it says no patches/streeks. The face drops are better but wow do they make you orange real quick not a natural tan at all.

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with, I ordered the tan remover and unfortunately when it arrived it was busted due to the delivery of it. I emailed them and it was no problem at all to send out a replacement one even though it wasn’t their fault and didn’t have to replace it!

Don’t know if I should laugh or cry🤣. Decided to come off the sunbeds a few months ago, shopped around for fake tans as of course I’m paler now, continually seen this brand on my tik tok and they do the velvety tan which is supposed to be olive based so no orange which is what I wanted. Tan arrived a 3 days ago so decided to give it a try today. WELL🤣🤣one pump and it was bright green so I decided maybe it will be better when on the skin… nope ahahaha. Shrek 2.0 I can’t. Definitely be going back to sunbeds the tan is AWFUL.

Hi, I did use your survey and this was the tan that was recommended. Lots of tans are green undertones which I used to use all the time, but this tan was completely green. Hope this helps improve for the future. Thanks.

Brilliant tanning products. This is my favourite one and used many times before as its the best on the market. Sinks in immediately, no smell and dries so quickly, what’s not to love. Also the delivery is always really quick.

First class customer service. Went above and beyond to assist me with a query. I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Rose and Caramel. Haven't tried the item yet however I know that their customer service would sort any problem out, which I don't expect there will be a problem. Thanks so much, customer service as it should be!

I absolutely love the products especially the tan remover .. I could not be without this it makes tan removal so easy no more scrubbing until your skin is raw this literally melts the tan off x also love the ultra dark tan looks natural compared to other tans I’ve used in the past .. amazing customer service fast delivery and response to any issues

Great for last minute Huns like me and still gives a streak freak lovely tan it smells nice and you can wash it off after too.

Also the Brow soap easy to use with a desired outcome :)
