It was amazing because I personally met Jesse at Johnny and Vinny's All Star party. He shared stories of working with Ali and I shared some of the Ali collectables I had and Jesse blessed me with a nice hoodie great quality.

Great customer experience
I love roots of fight. When I recently reached out to them with a question about changes in their t-shirt sizing, they responded promptly and courteously and worked really hard to address the issue, pointing me in the direction of shirts that match my preferred fit. Love the shirts and love that there's a company out there that really cares about its customer satisfaction.

I ordered 2 shirts the 7th of this month and it’s the 23rd, still no merchandise, I had to email the company
to figure out where my merchandise was, and then the update was there we’re moving warehouses and my stuff should ship the next day.

The small size of the T-Shirt that I…bought is too small
The small size of the T-Shirt that I bought is smaller than the regular small size. It doesn't fit me. I am asking to exchange to a medium size.

Usually Roots of Fight is on point
Usually Roots of Fight is on point. When it comes to communication. But with this recent order. I had to reach out first. No update or reason. Was given about delayed order. Until I sent an email. Other than that, I’m still a loyal customer.

Hello, I’m sorry about the delay. We had a bit of a bottleneck while moving warehouses, but I see your order has since been delivered. We really appreciate your patience while we got everything squared away. We appreciate your continued support!
Nice selection. Bring back more boxing choices, please.
Miss some of the fighters they used to feature in their collections, but still like a lot of their designs.
Would just like to see more offers in boxing like they used to have.

The quality is always great but...
The quality is always great but the shipping times? Whoa! I ordered on 2/11 and it is still banging around California on 2/22. I am going to be hard pressed to order anything again with these shipping times. At this rate, I should have my sweats in time for the end of spring.

Hi there, our sincere apologies for the delay. We hit some unexpected delays during a recent warehouse move that slowed things down quite a bit. We really appreciate your patience while we worked through the transition. Hope you enjoy the gear!

Slow process of getting package even out to mail after order
It took many days before the order was even processed after payment, very slow and disappointing because I have orders for years and this was the slowest service.
