B Hart Hitman Shorts
I bought the Bret Hart Hitman Black shorts and the “B Hart” text was missing on the top of the shorts. Also, I had to exchange the shorts because the medium size was too big but I had to pay for the shipping which was $16. I wish they would pay for the shipping return label, especially since the shorts were missing the text that was pictured on the product. Thankfully I needed a smaller size in the shorts but I’m still disappointed having to pay for the return.

Hi there, thanks for supporting Roots of Fight! It looks like your package was delivered on October 3rd. I just message into your email to make sure everything reached you in good shape. If you have any questions or need help with anything else, please feel free to reply directly to the email. We hope you love the new gear!
HORRIFIC service
HORRIFIC service! When notified of the issue, we were essentially told by RoF to “prove it,” to even be considered for remediation. $100 sweatshirts are a HUGE payout for people like us. To receive the service/response we did is inexcusable. Caution.

Hi there, we’re sorry the hoodie wasn’t what you expected, especially when it came to the feel and texture of the fabric. Our pieces are designed with a vintage, worn-in look and feel but we understand that the actual fabric can still feel different from what you expected based on the photos. We appreciate you giving us a try and sharing your feedback.
