Great service throughout the project from design to installation and after sales service

Rom Valley were employed to change the old windows in a very large Hall and changing rooms at Poplar Blackwall and District Rowing Club following competitive quotes. They proved to be reliable professional and the result of their work makes the club house look so much better and warmer. We received a consistently good service from salesman to the installers. There was attention to detail and very good planning. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves every day for the 5 days the job took. There were no short cuts and they were contactable and obliging. Nothing too much. I would recommend them to anyone.

Having just moved into our new house we were faced with the prospect of replacing our existing roof lantern which leaked from 3 out of 4 corners.

We were keen to reduce the size of the lantern which would involve an amount of building work.
I did my research and found their reviews to be 5* (without exception), so we got in touch.

James came out to look at our project, we discussed what we wanted to do but that we didn’t have a builder in mind.
No problem! This was the attitude of Rom Valley throughout the entire project. Rom Valley sourced us a first-class builder, coordinated scaffolders, provided a Titan lantern (a highly-regarded brand within the market) and finally carried out a seamless and quick installation which they even brought forward due to storm Babet.
James was in constant contact, always on hand to progress the project.
You get the sense Rom Valley remains very much a family run business and with that you benefit from a personalised service. Our home is more than we ever could have imagined, thank you!

Just had these guy's replace our windows and i can't recommend them enough. James was great, not pushy and helped us decide what we wanted, made a change to the handles half way through and he couldn't have been more helpful. A full survey was done with a thorough inspection of our property and what was needed to install the new windows. Lastly the fitters came and they were the nicest guy's and nothing was too much trouble, fitting was excellent and the finish is really first class, knocked it all out in two days and left the house spotless. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

1st class company from start to finish. Took us years to take the plunge and having had quotes over a few years we finally went for it and upgraded the whole house. After lengthy research my wife and I decided to go for a Palladio front door.
It came in the colour we liked.
It took a while to make and prepare which didn't bother us- it showed how thorough the company in Ireland are.
Ken was friendly and answered our many questions on the initial interview and measure up.
Lucy in the office kept us on track with developments.
The fitters were professional and friendly.
We live our new front door for security, cost effectiveness in the winter and how well it suites the outside of our cottage.

We had extra large sliding doors fitted by RomVally after trying many companies who were not keen on the install because of the size (. 2door system 7meters wide) I contacted Jack who was more then helpful he gave me a couple of choices and quoted promptly once agreed he gave us an installation date He sent 2 teams on the day of installation all of them very polite very friendly and very helpful we are so pleased with the doors so pleased if anybody would like a viewing we would be happy to show you so you can see what they look like after the installation I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPAN

Rom Valley have now replaced my front door, fitted biofold doors and have just finished installing new house windows and once again I'm thrilled with their work. Harry and Scott have done an amazing job fitting all windows, are very skilled and knowledgeable and the windows look amazing. They arrived early each day, cleaned up before leaving and were friendly and polite. James (in the office) was highly professional in providing advice regarding my options and has the patience of a saint as I changed my mind more than a few times on style and colour. I highly recommend Rom Valley 100%.
