I didn’t know about this company, they were recommended to me by our builder. We went to their showroom in Hutton not really knowing what to expect. The showroom is sensational - so much so that I was worried how much the quote was going to be ! I shouldn’t have worried as the quote was very competitively priced. The products have now been installed and were are absolutely delighted with them. The service was second to none. They were on board with our timescale and we were kept informed at every stage of the process. Go and check them out if you are considering their services.

I can thoroughly recommend Rom Valley Glass. They have been exceptional from the point of sale to installation and beyond. James kept me informed all the way through the process right upto installation. Jack and Michael who installed the windows were brilliant. The installation was seamless and they respected my home and left it neat and tidy. I'm very impressed with the quality of the windows and the care they take to ensure you are satisfied. I had a slight problem with some beading on a window. I rang and spoke to Molly and it was all sorted within a week and again I was kept informed at all times.
To be treated with this first class service today is a rarity and is to be applauded. Will be in touch next year to order a new front door.

Used Rom Valley to replace all windows and fit new bifold doors at the back of the house. Good communication from them throughout the process and the two fitters were a pleasure to have here; polite, courteous and trustworthy. We are extremely pleased with the finished job - has transformed the house and we would definitely recommend.

This will be the second review I give this company because they utterly deserve it. After installing our doors we had a slight issue (which by the way we have since learnt its the result of our builder).
The team have honestly gone above and beyond. A special mention to a few of them as I really think you deserve to be recognised for your outstanding work, customer service and professional advice. Rom Valley recently supplied and installed some new bifolding doors for my living area. They have completed revamped the space making it feel so much more open and spacious! Not to mention the professionalism throughout the process from the team providing the quotes to the installation, I could not recommend them enough!

I had my entire house renovated and replaced all the windows, plus front door, internal crittal style doors, rear crittal style French doors and huge lantern in the kitchen. The whole process was super smooth from initial visit by Jack, to a showroom visit and loads of discussions about my choices and then finally to instalment and follow up. The team were excellent and particularly Jack who was like my right hand man when on my build. I was fully supported and this was particularly needed as I renovated on my own. Can’t fault Rom Valley - would recommend them over and over again.

ROM Valley supplied and installed for us sliding doors, picture windows, window units, a flat rooflight and a front door. Jack and his team were extremely professional and helpful during the whole process from providing design advice, updates on installation dates, installation and post installation snagging. I would definitely recommend ROM Valley, a friendly and helpful family run business.

From initial contact, survey and fitting a really good experience. All the team were very polite and they know their windows!
Lee and Liam did the actual fitting and they did an excellent job to replace two windows and they also left the house clean and tidy where they had been working and explained to me what they had done.
