I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about buying a brand new Rock-Ola Jukebox that comes with a 1 year factory warrantee to "pull the trigger" and do it. You'll not regret it.

I’ve been trying to get the information from Rock-Oka to process a return and customer service has not gotten back to me. It’s ridiculous! This same terrible approach was used when I used the online assistant to ask questions regarding the things I purchased online. I got exactly zero responses to all of my questions and like a fool I proceeded forward and purchased the items anyway. Now I can’t return them. Deplorable…

Ordered a new remote and it came quickly. I am trying to get my jukebox repaired after losing some parts in my move. They have been very helpful and easy to work with.

Mixed bag, Rocky start but ultimately very happy.

First the good

1. My Crystal Bubbler is beautiful. This Jukebox looks awesome in the house. Worth the wait.
2. Because of the poor customer service and response I was receiving, the CEO personally helped me and included great music already installed.

The Bad

1. The sales person told me I would receive my custom built Jukebox in 3 months. It took 6.

2. It usually took days to get a hold of the sales person, then she ghosted me. (This is when the CEO got involved)

I purchased a connect by Sonos. This allowed me to wirelessly connect my Jukebox to all my Sonos speakers throughout the house. Sounds great everywhere.

Ultimately, this music player is fantastic. So many comments, center piece of my home that also plays great music. Some problems getting it, but now that it is here, Super Happy I purchased.

1. No one answered the main line, even though it was during business hours
2. Sent the wrong size double title cards. No response when contacted

The product is available and a good price and shipping very reasonable

Still waiting for Rockola Bubbler in white. Order Jun1,1922. Will be a year next month. No news about when it will be delivered. Don't know if I should demand

Orderd a Bubble tube for CD8 Bubbler. Great Parts department personnel. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable what a great help. Great emails keeping me updated. I always buy my parts from them. This Juke is in my home.
