Games Room Company. Wonderful Rock-Ola Bubble Tube Juke Box. The machines does everything I had hoped for, looks really good & is a great feature to the room. I have owned the Rock-Ola for over a year & the whole family enjoy the music. Alexander has been extremely helpful and most informative and I cannot praise him enough

Now over a year later and out my charged 10k and NO product. Just ghosted me….
They now have just quit responding past 3 months
I tried to buy American. Guess this company just doesn’t care anymore

Jukebox took ages to be built but the good news is that it arrived today!
Fantastic product so glad we ordered it.

After placing the order I received confirmation but never received the parts weeks later

Alexander was very friendly and helpful. He let me know that an included CD would give me the information needed to set up the jukebox. I know I can trust him to answer any questions that might arise.

Ordered over a week ago. A key for my cabinet is what I ordered. UPS says label created but still has not be picked up from Rock-Ola. I live 40 miles from Torrance. $15 shipping for a $11 cheap Chinese made key. Can’t even deliver 40 miles form the manufacture. I should have gotten of eBay. At least they offered 3 day shipping.

We sent the hard drive back to them to update the web feature to get the album covers. They send an old drive, last updated in 2012 and it didn't even fit our unit. Sent it back and asked for our original back (we had 8 years worth of music on it). He couldn't find it. Spoke numerous times with the lady in customer service. Terrible attitude. Received a call from Alexander, the owner. Said he would take care of the issue. Nothing was done. Last contact was August of last year. Ghosted completely and out $250.00 that was supposed to be refunded. Stay away from this company. And this started in May of last year.

There was alot of time that passed before my items shipped. I am working on a customer's machine and they are wanting to know why it is taking so long to affect repairs. I almost gave a 3 star review but I think it is probably closer to a 3.5 star rating.
