Dreadful Company
I had my SIPP with this company for approximately 5 years - they are simply a nightmare and a disgrace to the Finance Sector - levels of professionalism and communication are abysmal. Everytime I requested a withdrawal I had to at least plan 3 months in advance of because some unknown reason they just incredibly slow and frustrating. I would not recommend any to invest their money in this company .

They were so thorough asking for details which took over a year (March 21 2025 to April 2026) when we received the insurance for critical illness.
We have sent the necessary history with attending doctors certificate of a cerebrovascular accident and were asking so many details back and forth which also caused distress on our part.
All personnel especially Ms Claire Dorby were so kind , helpful and respectful.We always get an automatic reply then the real reply after sometime.

A 5-Star Host at the IOM TT Race
The RL360 team have been a wonderful host right from the start. From the planning and arrival until the day we left the UK, they have been so ensuring and accommodating that we all had a good time. Weather was not something within anyone's controlled, but they made arrangements quickly to give us some activities which was truly a memorable experience.

Great trip to the Isle of Man with RL360
Great trip to the Isle of Man with RL360 for the TT Races.
Shame we didn't get to see the races, the rain had other plans but the hospitality from the RL360 team was brilliant and really went out their way to keep us entertained and really took care of us.

Nonexistent service
I have written to my adviser three times over two months requesting specific information, but I have yet to receive the courtesy of a reply. Terrible, nonexistent service.

Shocking SLAs
I was assigned segments of an offshore bond, but RL360 were unable to provide any information about the 5% allowances or any withdrawals taken from the bond.
I chose to fully encash the bond, and 2 months later I requested the Chargeable Event Certificate to be told that it would take 120 WORKING DAYS.

Absolutely atrocious!
Absolutely atrocious, do not even entertain investing here, shocking customer service and good luck with trying to extract any of your fund! We requested a draw down from our fund over 7 weeks ago, was told 2 weeks turn around and still waiting, they are not responding to any update requests from our fund manager either. Will be removing all our funds ASAP! We will also be lodging a complaint with the ombudsman.
Update following RL360 response.
Your investigation is as poor as your service, our fund is not through our employer and as stated our fund manager has been actively contacting you multiple times with zero response.
Please review your investigation and just make the payments as requested.

Having investigated this, it appears your pension may be arranged through your employer, which means your first point of contact for any queries or concerns would be your pension administrator. We're unable to discuss individual member details directly, but your employer will be able to liaise with us on your behalf. We hope this helps point you in the right direction.

Lack of Response regarding RL360 Error
Atrocious, uncaring lack of service
Having received a surrender value for Probate on a Policy invested in 1997 in my Mothers name and applying for Isle of Man Probate that contains the policy number on it as a reference, I received a letter from the Senior Administrator with the Probate Document stating the policy and been surrendered in 1997- completely different policy number, not correct and very upsetting!
Emails get a five day service bounce back, so now after 10 days, 2 emails to different addresses and a phone call to Head Office promising escalation, STILL NO CONTACT TO REASSURE ME THE POLICY IS SAFE!!
As the Estate Executor, I have carried out my duty, now RL360 should follow suit, apologise for their error, lack of response and compassion and provide assurance the funds are available for release-
I am very disappointed and growing extremely concerned for the safety of this fund.
Investors Beware!!!

La gran ventaja del plan es que funciona como un sistema de ahorro disciplinado que te obliga a ser constante, algo que casi nadie logra cuando intenta invertir por su cuenta en plataformas abiertas donde es demasiado fácil dejar de aportar o gastarse el dinero ante cualquier antojo. Al estar basado en la Isla de Man, tu capital está en uno de los lugares más seguros del mundo, protegido por leyes internacionales que te dan una tranquilidad que un banco local simplemente no puede ofrecer. Es verdad que tiene reglas estrictas y comisiones, pero ese es precisamente el costo de tener paz y un guardaespaldas financiero que no te deja abandonar tus metas. Al final del día, estás pagando por un sistema automático que hace todo el trabajo pesado por ti, permitiéndote construir un patrimonio real sin necesidad de ser un experto en finanzas ni dedicarle tiempo a la bolsa, con la certeza de que en el largo plazo el dinero realmente estará ahí para cuando lo necesites.
