The scooter I got is a very nice design and easy to take around. The maximum speed is 25 km/h and the scooter will automatically adjust the break to prevent going beyond the maximum speed for safety reasons. Although I feel tempted to go beyond the maximum speed, I do agree it is a good feature for safety.

The scooter works perfectly, but I noticed that if I am approaching a mound I need to assist the electrical motor by pushing with my feet on the ground otherwise it comes to a standstill, despite the fact that the total weight on the scooter is around 80 kg. This is only if the mound is high. Otherwise, the scooter works perfectly fine.

Notably, I was on the scooter a few days ago and was stopped by a police officer who said that it is illegal to use these machines in England. I argued that you can rent it in London and the police officer said that London is an exception. I was very surprised. I am sure it is a matter of time for this to become a common place, hopefully with more people using these machines. I advise anyone outside London to do their research so that they are not taken by surprise in case they are stopped by the police.

Overall, it is a good machine and I recommend it.

Good little run around.
Scooter has worked well and rides well. Needed to buy an extra battery as the battery didn't do a third of the distance than what the description said it would do. Slopes and cold weather can affect the battery.
However, was given 50% discount from Riley with buying the spare battery which was really fair. Was given phone holder as well as gesture of good will, so customer service was very accommodating

Having bought a scooter as a gift, 10 month later had a problem and dropped Riley’s an email. Super fast reply and service. Sent out a replacement battery with no hassle under warranty.

I had lots of enquiries to make sure I can get the correct battery from the website for the RS2 scooter (I wanted the old round battery connector instead of the blade connector). The customer service team were quick to reply and able to resolve all of my issues quickly, and delivered the battery with next day delivery.

Scooter arrived quickly and we are very pleased with it. Charges quickly, easy to assemble, operate and fold down. The build quality seems very good.

E-mailed Riley scooters and asked if the Riley scooter was the same as the Levi scooter sold in USA and Canada. Haden replied with an honest answer saying it was very much the same scooter with some changes, basically re branded for the UK market, dont let this put you off buying one as the service is good and most sooters you buy are all mostly rebrands from China, very good scooter, built and rides well,great value for the money, good to know you have UK support from Riley scooters when you require it.

The scooter is a brilliant bit of kit works really well very smooth battery last for ages and such an enjoyment to ride

Ordered 2 scooters but one was lost by the courier. A replacement was sent straight away following contact with CS. Haven't used the scooters yet as they are a Christmas present but they look superb and service has been excellent up to this point.

An amazing RS1 scooter. A GREAT build and design with the soft and comfortable 10 inch wheels in which helps to keep everything stable along my rides around my local area. It’s very versatile and manageable with it’s folding up feature that makes life simple for me during times like going up the stairs/going inside crowded shops etc. 4stars for me. Although, it would’ve been 5 if the mileage was a little bit more. 15 miles is good but not extraordinary. Besides from that the RS1 has helped me a lot soo far with traveling. Next I want to try is the RS2. One day. Just one day I’ll have the chance to ride the RS2

The Riley Scooters RS2 is very good, very manoeuvrable. It is a pleasure to use it anytime and very convenient as it folds and fits easily in the boot of a car.

I've tried a few scooters in the last year and I have to say that Riley's RS1 is the most comfortable ride out of them all. Its quick, light and removable battery is a bonus since I have a 2 batteries I barely have to wait for them to charge. Furthermore customer service is excellent. I recently destroyed my charger and was looking everywhere online for replacement without any luck. I emailed customer services and they sorted it out ASAP. I would highly recommend this company and their products!!!

well built scooter,nice feel on all surfaces ,love the fact that you can bye another battery for longer range, so i did so,and i store it in a tripod bag, and i hang it on the hook built on the scooter,got say too, that the customer service, if theres any faults is 10 out of 10, they very helpfull indead, Thankyou Hayden

Best thing I've done in year's. Incredible engineering, faultless in every department. Great fun. Highly recommend to anyone
