Purchased a ride on car for my grandsons birthday in August 2025 in November the motor went i contacted customer support and was sent incorrect motors and a video to replace myself im a grandma not an engineer. Contacted customer service again and was asked to send a video of the motors I did this and have still not received the motors very slow with communication not very helpful and a very sad 4 year old that cant use his car this was very expensive for me and something I saved for im very sad and disappointed with this product wouldn't recommend and still not resolved
Used this company multiple times(unfortunately) the First time years ago I ordered with them and they sent me a damaged bike so I emailed to complain and they did rectify the issue by getting it collected and another sent, couldn't knock the service for this so I used them again believing that if there were any issues they would be there for support. How stupid I was... I bought a bike for my son for Christmas (the exv1) he wanted the same as his big sister had the year before so we specifically went for the same model. The bike was delivered and stored as we bought it a couple months before Christmas. Christmas eve comes we start putting it together and realise it's in fact not the bike we ordered. This is a completely different model. I go onto the website and see the bike they have sent me is considerably cheaper than the one I ordered. Obviously at this point it's Christmas eve, it's my son's main present so I'm like what do I do? I email the company and explain what's happened. They get back to and keep reiterating that the model they sent me is not a cheaper model. I can clearly see on the website it's a lot cheaper than the model I ordered. They go on to tell me that the model I ordered was out of stock at the time of ordering.... It's out of stock and you have it on the website for ordering? Then you continue to pack the item and send it knowing it's not the model I ordered? They have told me multiple times that this item does the same as the other one, completely missing the point that it's not what I ordered. It doesn't matter how many times I converse with them they just keep saying the same thing and it's going round in circles and quite frankly, I can't be bothered. I do not have the time or patience for idiots and these people are idiots, it's like they are literally replying to annoy you with what they say. So I have a look online at the reviews and see negative feedback constantly, I just wish I would have seen this before I ever ordered with them. I will never be ordering from these people again and neither will any of my friends or family, how can a company like this even keep going. AVOID!!
I bought 3 items and kids loved them but sadly on Xmas day one wasn’t working as I had issues with batteries but riiroo responded quickly and sent me another within next working day

We bought a Range Rover for our grandson we charged it according to the manufacturer guidelines, but after only a couple of minutes it stopped. I contacted riiroo immediately and with no hesitation they sent a brand new replacement battery. They didn’t question it just apologised and the battery came within two days. Fantastic service.

I was replied to promptly over Christmas week by email by kayleigh, who not only answered all my questions but rectified my issue too.

We purchased the 24V RiiRoo ride on Quad as a Christmas Present for our 4 year old Grandson last year, and what a fantastic choice as he absolutely loves it. He has had hours and hour of fun on it, over rough fields and it has proved to be very sturdy.
We had an issue where we broke the wires on the battery charger and RiiRoo customer service promptly replied and supplied us with a replacement unit within just a matter of days.

The customer service of this company is incredible. They are efficient, fair and so respectful. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
My purchase was a 24volt quad bike for my 3 yr old. It is wonderful, she loves it. It's not so powerful that it scares her yet powerful enough that she can whizz about.

Amazing service to work with would definitely buy again I email about missing part and number plate and they were straight on emailing back and sending the missing number plate out!!! My son absolutely loves his new car easy charged and money well spent

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a ride‑on as a Christmas present, but it arrived missing a crucial part — the rear axle — making it completely unusable and causing a huge let‑down on Christmas Day.
Getting support has been even worse. The company was closed until 2 January, which seems odd for such a busy period. When we finally received a reply on the 5th, there was no apology, support, or compensation — just a message saying the missing part would take a long time to source and asking whether we still needed it. Of course we do, as the product can’t be used without it.
It’s now been two days since we responded and we’ve heard nothing. There’s no phone number to call, so we’re left completely in the dark. Ironically, the only consistent communication we’ve received is a stream of automated emails asking for reviews — so here it is.
Had a bike delivered for Xmas present eventually came after going back to the depot. Started building on 24th December only to find several broken parts. Sent several emails including pictures. They said they would pick it up inspect it on several occasions but they still haven’t picked up. Poor service would not recommend.
Quick and orderly drop off. Staff onsite and helpful and polite. The bike is very cool & they sell spare parts for it, which is a bonus. Would recommend.
