Review removed for no reason so resubmitting...
I wish I had read the negative reviews before I bought from RiiRoo. Its now clear that they are being covered up by the positive ones posted by customers who like myself, are being promised a free bluetooth MP3 player from RiiRoo if they post a review.
I bought a ride on tractor and trailer for my son for his birthday and I had trouble with it from the start. The motor burnt out after the first couple of hours use. Worried that it may have been caused by the ground being damp we stored the tractor and bought a replacement motor. A dry day came and so we fitted the new part and again within less than 30mins the motor burnt out. I contacted the company and explained the issue, I was asked lots of questions, told that it wasn't the damp and was asked to supply photos of the faulty parts. After lot of back and forth they agreed that there was a fault and they would supply new parts, confirming that they have been sent by DPD that day. I then get a follow up email stating they didn't actually sent the parts and that they now want the original parts back so they can repair them, so I pack the two offending motors and the otherwise working one off the other side just incase this was contributing to the problem. After chasing them, the parts were returned after A MONTH of waiting, but missing one motor. I ignored the missing motor, my priority is to get the damn tractor to work for my very patient 4 year old, so I refitted the motors, only to find that this time are rotating in opposite directions! I contact RiiRoo again and I am told that they are sorry for their mistake and I need to change the wiring around in a plug in the body of the tractor to get it to work. By this time I have had enough, so I asked for money back and contact with a manager or the complaints procedure, my request was ignored, I asked again and it was ignored, I asked the third time and again was ignored, I was just told that they have spoken to the management team, I am a month outside the warranty period as so I am not due a refund despite the fact the tractor has NEVER worked for more than a couple of hours.
In conclusion, do not buy from this company, there are plenty of others out there, where you wont have to go through the pain of witnessing your child's disappointment every time they cant use their present.
Now I have to put even more time in to recover my money via legal proceedings. I will keep this review updated.
Update after response to this review:
I had provided RiiRoo with ample opportunity to resolve the complaint but was met with a 'you're outside of warranty so there's nothing we can do' - this despite the fact the tractor has never worked properly.
To clarify the process of a review being removed - RiiRoo can request for it to be removed by Trustpilot by claiming that they don't know who the customer is; which they did. Trustpilot will then contact the reviewer and ask for proof; which I provided, however the review was never reposted.
Update: CAB contacted; for anyone else going through the same issues with RiiRoo, I will post CAB's advice on here shortly on how to proceed with getting your money back.

I have already reviewed this shocking company but it seems my review has disappeared. Potentially as this mentioned me now having to escalate this issue to TRADING STANDARDS and it’s looking likely we will end up in a SMALL CLAIMS COURT (interesting to read others have ended up in this position). If you don’t fancy waiting 3 months of your life trying to negotiate with this company and end up having to fight for your hard earned money back I would AVOID like the plaque!
This company currently have £400 of my hard earned money, and the tractor!! I returned the tractor on the basis of me getting a refund due to an electrical fault with the tractor from the first day of us! They have now gone back on their word and are refusing to refund me for stating it’s water damaged!! I have 3 videos of the tractor not working all within one month of receiving the item. The first video is of the first day the tractor was used. Yet I am being told I can’t have my money back as the issue has been caused by myself for leaving a tractor out in the rain. THE TRACTOR DIDN’T TURN ON.. not sure how they expected me to move it, a very heavy item I may add!
Anyway shame my other reviews have been deleted but says everything about this company. Please guys just AVOID, I won’t stop until this company is no longer running

Purchased my son a max drift go kart after 3/4 times being used the batteries stopped charging , we followed all guidelines, looked after very well and charged correctly
To be informed the batteries are not under warranty even though they are clearly faulty !! To spend so much money on something to have this happen and the company not helping to put right is disgusting and after reading other reviews that have had the same problem im seeing a pattern ,I believe they are aware the batteries aren't great /cheap that's why they are not covered to get more money out of you , stay clear and spend your money else where

We bought a Mercedes G63 24v car for our grandchildren, aged 5, 4 and 2, and they absolutely love it. The engine sound when turning on, the lights and radio have really enhanced their experience. They have already had hours of fun in it.
The team at RiiRoo were extremely helpful in ensuring we selected the right car to run on grass and gravel areas, very responsive to any questions raised and delivery was made within days.
So, all in all, we would highly recommend the car and the team at RiiRoo to anyone considering purchasing an electric car for their child.

Bought a 24v ride on tractor, came with a dead battery. Informed them after 1st use, they advised a recharge and try it again. Second time using it only lasted 3-5 minutes informed them again and told there is no warranty on batteries. Terrible service when we let you know as soon as we knew there were an issue. Would not recommend.

I would not recommend ordering from this website.
I purchased a **Replacement Front Wheel for the MaxDrift Go Kart Kids Electric Ride On (104-950)**.
Initial price:
* Product subtotal: **€23.95**
* Shipping: **€34.95**
At checkout there was **no clear warning that the product ships from the United Kingdom**, which means EU customers may face import charges.
When the package arrived in Italy, I had to pay additional customs fees:
* **Import VAT:** €12.93
* **Administration fee:** €20.40
Total customs charges: **€33.33**
Final cost for **one single replacement wheel**:
€23.95 + €34.95 + €33.33 = **€92.23**
Paying **over €92 for one replacement wheel** is completely unreasonable.
EU customers should be aware that ordering from this site can lead to **very high unexpected import and handling fees**.
And please do not say that this is outside of your control, because you could simply include the taxes in the final price based on the destination country, so customers are not hit with surprise charges or unnecessary customs clearance administration fees just to calculate those taxes.
Because of this experience, I will never order from this website again.

We bought the Maverick for our 4 year old for Christmas and he has been absolutely loving it so far. We had a couple of minor issues with a faulty accelerator pedal and the charger stopped working, however, on both occasions I emailed the customer service team and they were more than happy to help. They were kind, and understanding and resolved both issues really quickly,
I have always been dubious about buying online, particularly with a bigger purchase, as I like to know I can walk into a store for customer support if something goes wrong, but I absolutely cannot fault the online customer service team within Riiroo. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

ORDER #191483 Placed an order for a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ 24v Drift for my daughter for Christmas. Her face when she came down and it was by the tree, was all worth it. We included the parental controls which is easy to connect and works well. We also had personal numbers plates with her name on and a personalised Santa later which was good Quality and Plenty of different options to choose from! We upgraded the seats to have the logo in it, which again is great Quality.
I have recently been in touch with customer service via a live chat with Ella. To get help connecting to the Bluetooth stereo, can’t say nice enough things about the help I received. They got back to me within a minute and were amazing!
I would certainly purchase another product from RiiRoo once my Daughter grows out of this one.

We purchased the 24v Volt Racer Drift Cart with Brushless Motor a few weeks ago for my 9 years old son and he absolutely loves it. It's so easy to drive, so fast and the fact that it has 2 speeds its amazing. My 22 months old son is driving it too, he loves it too. They both can fit on it! All the kids in the park are crazy about this cart. Parents asked us where we got it from because they want to get it for their kids for Eid. Even if the battery dies, its easy to carry or fits in the car. We are planning on getting 2 more so we can all go out driving together. It's a lot of fun, something different. My sons are also driving it in the house as well. Overall, we all love it!

We’ve not brought two products for our granddaughter and we couldn’t be more happy. Both items are fantastic and such great value for money. We had a slight issue with the motorcycle but the after sales team were fantastic and the problem quickly resolved. Highly recommended.

Do NOT buy from this company.
We bought our son a mini motorbike for Christmas costing £270, and it has been nothing but problems from the start.
Firstly, the bike arrived with a faulty fuel tank, which is extremely concerning and potentially dangerous for a product designed for children. Our son was absolutely heartbroken when he realised he couldn’t ride it.
Secondly, we ordered a red bike but a black one was delivered.
After contacting the company, they eventually sent a replacement fuel tank. However, when we finally tried to get the bike running, the pull cord snapped immediately, and we also discovered that the brakes are faulty.
It has now been three months since Christmas, and our son still hasn’t been able to ride the bike once.
For a £270 product marketed for children, the quality and safety are completely unacceptable. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated.
Please be very cautious before purchasing from this company. The products appear poorly made and unsafe for kids.

Customer service isn’t as bad as people made out, delivery was super fast. Can’t complain on any of that.
BUT… we purchased a £480 ranger rover ride on. When I say it arrived damaged, I mean it arrived in shocking condition, I sent the images to the support team and all they said is (below is pasted).
“I’m sorry all I can do is apologise. In that condition it shouldn’t have been sent out to you. I can offer you a £25 partial refund as a gesture of goodwill”
I’m sorry, but I wish I could upload pictures. We paid £480 for a ride-on and it came in such condition we thought it was used! We have arranged collection as the best this company went to after “speaking with the manager” was 10% partial refund back.
I would highly suggest you think twice before ordering. Pictures look incredible.

So after my son owning his new unimog Mercedes for 8 months or so it broke, require a new steering motor. I contacted riiroo via email I initially had to wait a couple of months for a replacement part but after getting inpatient I contacted them again and they said they would speed up the process by removing the part I needed from one of there stock. I took the car down and they replaced the steering motor and found another fault which was the front axel was broken they replaced this all free of charger despite it being out of warranty (which I think the warranty should be longer than 6 months). I’m very grateful to the the team and the technician who all where very kind and very helpful the technician especially.

I bought my 4-year-old son a tractor from RiiRoo. My son loves it and is always on it. It’s very robust and works well on different types of terrain, climbing hills easily.
Unfortunately, as with many electronic products, a few things went wrong after six months. However, the customer service has been the best I’ve ever experienced. They sent the replacement parts immediately, along with instruction videos, and responded to all my queries very quickly.
If I buy anything else for my son in the future, I would 100% buy from them again. Things can go wrong with any product, but the most important thing is customer service and aftercare. RiiRoo definitely nails that. They are superb. 🥰
