Absolutely atrocious

Absolutely atrocious. Sent me a broken go kart. Refused to listen when I told them it was broken and provided pictures showing it was broken. Took 3 days of constantly having to deal with live chat and email, getting passed round a variety of agents, Until eventually they agreed to collect it for repair (which is not what I wanted, I wanted a refund for them sending an obviously broken product, but they refused because i ordered in advance of my sons birthday so was outside of 30 day window before I assembled it). Treated me like i was dumb, condescending and unpleasant.

No wonder they dont actually have a phone line (call the number on the website - its a fake).

Its just a repackaged HomCom go kart anyway or certainly from the same factory but riiroo charge twice the price.

Total scam. In the process of reporting to trading standards. Would advise others (of which there seem to be lots judging by the 1* reviews) who are having similar issues to do the same.

Only competent person there is Sam, who is actually helpful. The others are a joke.

We have looked into this thoroughly, and can see your order was placed in January. When you first contacted us, the issue was identified as the battery connection not being correctly fitted, which is something we do guide customers through resolving. As this fell outside of the 30-day return window, we were unable to offer a refund at that stage.

However, following further assessment, we did identify a potential fault. Based on this, we offered all available resolutions in line with our warranty — including a collection for inspection and repair. If the repair cannot be completed or a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will absolutely provide either a replacement or a refund.

We can confirm that a collection has now been arranged for you so this can be resolved as quickly as possible.

We’re sorry to hear you felt unsupported during your experience, as this is never our intention. We always aim to provide fair and appropriate solutions in line with our policy, and we’re pleased we’ve been able to move things forward for you.

PLEASE READ before spending your hard earned cash do not buy from this company no back up help what so ever bought a tractor in November only out 4 times now not working battery is fine tryed contacting them over chat line what a load off crap speaking to four different people all asking the same questions just interested in taking your money do no buy ATTENTION ATTENTION this reply these people have left is total LIES I have never before contacted these people until now this just some it up they are a scam company take your money and run with it terrible way to deal with people especially when it’s for children please don’t spend your money here with these crooks

Having looked into your order, we can see you contacted us around 5 months after purchase regarding the battery. We’d also like to clarify that a battery warranty was not purchased at the time of order. As batteries are classed as consumable items, they are not covered for replacement after this period unless an extended warranty has been taken.

That said, we always aim to help where we can, and as a gesture of goodwill we did offer a replacement battery at a discounted rate.

For reassurance to other customers, when batteries are maintained in line with our care guidelines — including regular charging and proper storage — they typically last for years without issue.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience on Live Chat. We do sometimes need to ask a few questions to fully understand the issue and provide the correct support, but we appreciate your feedback and will take this on board.

Absolutely shocking purchase a electric…

Absolutely shocking purchase a electric motorbike for my sons birthday fully charged it to go out on it next day to find out battery only lasted 10 minutes so I emailed and live chat phoned but get no reply when they do reply they expect me to find a pallet or a box to return the bike to them for them to say I had a faulty charger so we have it back charge it again with the new charger to find the problem is still there but now I can’t get a reply I can’t get a refund they are absolutely disgusting do not purchase from this place !!

Sold a faulty 24V Digger and no support from Riiroo

For Christmas 2024 I purchased in good faith a 24V Digger for my grandson. By January 2025 it was proving to be faulty. Since that time, with last email just sent today, I have pleaded with two staff members for the replacement part. Initially we asked a full replacement of the 24V but told the warranty had already expired with 3 months. Endless emails have been sent to a Leah and Kayleigh, when finally in October they agreed to send the correct part, telling me it would be with me within 8-10weeks. Despite more emails and false promises we are still awaiting the part. This item was purchased in good faith and so disappointing to have to deal with a totally disingenuous company that is primarily selling to children.

I went on Trust pilot before purchasing and I can only assume it family and friends leaving positive reviews as my experience has been nothing short of shocking

Quick delivery, and great customer service. The motorbike is easy to put together and you get plenty of running time. A good size and will last years, my little one plays on it daily

Pleased I chose Riiroo

I am so glad I purchased my grandson's vehicle from Riiroo. I have had a little communication with them since my purchase, and they could not have been more helpful. It's often a worry when you buy online, that as soon as the product is delivered, that the supplier will be impossible to communicate with, and will have lost all interest in you. Not so with Riiroo, they quickly answer my emails with good advice and lots of help. I would thoroughly recommend Riiroo for their product quality and also their after-sales service.

Outstanding Customer Service

This company has got to be to best customer service I have ever received, not only is the quality of the product 5* but the customer service was incredible. I had a small issue with the battery and when I reached out to Rii Roo they gave there full apologies and sent us another battery FREE of charge. We have now had the product (Quad) 3 years and it is still working well. While my little girl rode the quad to the park the handle snapped off completely when turning it. I reached out to the company as she was devasted that she wouldnt be able to ride it again, and I asked if it is availible to purchase the handle bar part or would it be under warrenty?. Always such a quick response you shared with me you was so sorry it had broken and my girl was upset, while it is not covered under warrenty , under the circumstances you are ordering this part in and will have it delivered FREE OF CHARGE. I am a single mum and the cost of living even though I work full time would not have been able to but a new quad, I letterally cried when I received the emailing stating the kind gesture from yourselves, my little girl was sooo made up I cannot thank you enough, as well as promote your company to friends that have children because the outstanding customer service I have ever come accross. We are forever thankful

Really happy with my experience…

Really happy with my experience overall. There was a bit of squeaky bum time towards the end getting everything sorted, but the team handled it well and made sure it all came together in time.

A big thank you to Honey in particular, she was brilliant throughout and kept everything on track. Credit to the management as well for stepping in and getting it resolved properly.

Managed to get the tractor just in time for when I needed it, which made all the difference.

I’d definitely recommend paying extra to have it built for you. It saves time, avoids any hassle, and you know it’s done right.

Overall, great service and I’d happily recommend.

Great fun quad and great customer service

We bought our son a quad 110 One Quad for Xmas. He had an amazing time but due to a few issues we needed it fixed. Now you could argue this should be a 3 Star, but I know life is not without problems and how a business deals with them is the acid test. They have been frankly amazing and im looking forward to its return and my son to have more adventures. Thank Riiroo
