I was a nice experience to drive with a team, I enjoyed it to much the teachers were very friendly and good behaviour I have nothing to say more after all thanks.

Avoid at all costs. Turned away 2 out of 3 people who showed up.Avoid this training school. They show a complete lack of care, flexibility, and basic customer service.I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, but the site was completely deserted. When an instructor finally appeared, they rigidly checked gear. My clothing was fine, but I was rejected because my footwear—which fully covered my ankles—was deemed a "shoe" rather than a "boot."I begged for just 15 to 20 minutes to run and buy compliant boots nearby. They refused, claiming there was no time. However, while they aggressively argued with me and checked others, 20 minutes passed anyway. I easily could have returned with proper boots in that exact timeframe without delaying the day.While this happened, another student arrived with direct email proof of his booking and payment. They turned him away too, blaming a "calendar error" on their end and refusing to admit their own system glitched.Out of the 4 people booked that day, one was a no-show. Of the 3 of us who actually turned up ready to learn, they found excuses to reject two of us, taking only one person in. It feels like a complete money-grabbing trap designed to pocket non-refundable fees while doing the absolute minimum amount of work. Do not waste your day or money here.

It was an enjoyable experience with excellent instructors and facilities. The instructors were very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. However, It became all too apparent that I needed one-to-one training on the motorcycle before I can progress to riding on the road.

Completed my CBT at Bridgend Motorcycle School today and I can honestly say that I couldn’t find a single fault with the instructors, course content and timings throughout the day.
The booking process and instructions for the course were very simple and informative.
Thoroughly enjoyed my day.

I had a very bad experience in Pontypridd. The instructor was made me feel uncomfortable throughout the session. Instead of being supportive and patient, I would not recommend this instructor based on my experience.

Absolutely fantastic instructors, want to say a massive thank you to Kev, Levi and Steve for their patience and fantastic teaching skills, all instructors were down to earth and they also had great banter. Il be coming back to do my big bike training as I have enjoyed the whole day and the way the instructors taught the whole class. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone interested in completing there CBT.

I thoroughly enjoyed my CBT training test. Both Rodrigo and Khalil were welcoming, friendly, professional and patient. I would definitely recommend.

Instructor was very rude , no manners at all and consideration of customers snd the public.

I attended Motorcycle Training Wales and I can’t recommend them enough.
I was met by Paul, a very comical, knowledgeable and all around top quality instructor that made sure to make me aware of all the dangers of riding a motorcycle and was keen to make sure I had all the skills to be safe. Great facilities quality instructor and all around quality experience!
