I am not satisfied with the instructor. His English is very fast, which makes it difficult for me to understand what he is teaching. He is also quite rude and has an unfriendly attitude towards the students. He does not listen to our concerns and prefers to do things his own way.
I believe it would be better to have a younger instructor, as they are usually easier to understand, speak more clearly, and communicate more effectively with students.
Therefore, I kindly request that you consider changing the instructor. I am not happy with my experience, and because of this, I would not recommend anyone to book CBT training with your organisation unless this issue is addressed.

​I had Ben as my instructor for my CBT, and he was brilliant. He went above and beyond to make sure every student thoroughly understood every concept and felt confident on the bike. Patient, clear, and extremely professional—couldn't recommend him enough!

All training from the start till end was absolutely amazing. My instructor Jay was very clear and correct, amazing guidens in the road, explaining theory and how to ride with confidence . I'm really glad I meet really good and professional instructor. Many thanks.

I had a friend who wanted to do a class with these people and what i heard was a totally disgusting they went and was only two minutes late not only did they refuse him entry they also kept there £200 how can you justify keeping the money and refusing entry for being two minutes late you haven't even put pen to paper in that time not even registered who has turned up in that time I find it disgusting so watch out of these thieves EXPECIALLY if your of colour they definitely treat you like shit wouldn't recommend these people to anyone thieves the lot of them

Me and my husband had an Amazing day thank you to my instructor Bjorn he made me feel so comfortable especially when I had no experience on geared motorcycles or any motorcycle definitely be booking our full license in the near future

Fantastic experience with excelerate in Farnborough, Nigel was a quality instructor and helped me to breeze through! Very happy with my experience so far thank you!
Booking process was streamlined and very helpful to have the backup option if you're not the most confident of riders. I will 100% be booking my full licence test ASAP!

Scammers, unprofessional and unreliable instructor they don’t turn up to the course next day I booked the next test centre same instructor turn up and they give terrible excuses please avoid booking rideto control so I’ve been to 2 days and same people one is HMT motorcycle in feltham another bolder academy motorcycle Centre they are same people same instructor waste of time and waste of money please avoid booking i’m gonna try to contact my bank and take my money back.

Third times the charm! I'm so glad I booked with RideTo. My instructor, Bjorn, was excellent throughout. He is a very good teacher and good at assessing what specifically needs to be worked on in a constructive and helpful way while also balancing how each person learns differently. For example, I am a very visual learner and he noticed this and adapted how he was teaching to benefit me. All the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and relaxed which makes you feel more secure in the process if you are perhaps a little nervous, as I was. I would highly reccomend.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My instructor was patient, took time to explain everything and made me feel at ease. I would not go anywhere else now. Thank you.

The Man he failed me yesterday they charged 30 pounds as well for the shoes and they are not giving training for CBT they are learning you English the man he told me I am gone a fail you because you English is not good made people 240 for CBT and 30 for shoes not recommended pay my money back
