I just book appointment on 15 jul but they just told me the appointment has been cancelled but still didn’t get any Email on that and still didn’t get any refund on it
I just spent 70 pounds to come for my appointment from Croydon. I just wasted one day because of it

The training is very poor
The training is very poor. As a beginner I only get around 30 mins on the bike and then I get told i can’t continue because I’m lack of confidence. All beginners on the day failed, only the experienced ones continue the practice(who also got failed on the first day).
The purpose of CBT should be teaching no experiences how to start, and help them pass. Not just an introduction to the bike and no enough training.
The outdoor practice started at 10:30 and we got stopped at 12:10. We have 3 people with one instructor, and we don’t ride at the same time. So approx one people ride for 30 mins which is impossible for a beginner to feel confident on the bike.
I don’t recommend beginners book this Isleworth site.

We are sorry to hear that you were unable to complete the CBT course. We understand how disappointing this must have been.
The CBT course can feel like a fast-paced day, as there is a lot of content to cover. The instructor does have to stick to the timeframe of the day, and is not always able to slow or extend training for individuals within the group.

I sprained my foot
I sprained my foot. My instructor lost me for about 15 minutes. I was put on a 125cc bike when I had booked and paid for a 50cc bike. I was failed and have to redo my CBT.
