The firm conveyanced my recent house sale and purchase and were efficient, transparent, responsive and easy to contact, in contrast with 2 previous catastrophic experiences of long, drawn out sales with "factory" conveyancers who relied on an app to show progress, were never contactable in person and unresponsive. Harry and Pete handled my first ever house purchase. I don't think they were as quick as my seller's estate agent would have liked, but most estate agents actually know sod all about the paperwork involved in buying a house.

The best thing about RFB is that they are a full service legal firm and everything can be handled swiftly in-house.

If I could give Zero stars I would. Adelina is very rude and needs to learn how to speak to clients. She lacks professionalism. Not once but twice I have received snarky comments from her when it was not called for. Firstly when I asked how long the conveyancing process would take, I was told I could go elsewhere if I want it done faster. Who says that to a customer? The conveyancing process was completed but I will never return to Ronald Fletcher Baker, you don’t need my custom.

Very poor experience. I appeared to pay a full fee for the attentions of a very junior member of staff.

I used them purely due to the fact they were recommended by the estate agent (who got a significant introduction fee….)

Attention to detail was sloppy, and a conveyancing matter involving no mortgage/survey took over 6 months to complete which was absurd; we unfortunately are still in touch as are still attempting to tie up loose ends.

I even had an extra bill a couple of months after completion as they had “forgotten to add” VAT onto some of their services.

Overall very slow, sloppy and inexpert.

Was randomly assigned Anna Seifert Craggs as my solicitor for my first property purchase and was a little nervous as a first time buyer in addition to the fact that we were up against a very tight deadline. Anna is a trainee solicitor based in their Exeter office but she was GREAT. Excellent communication - always available on phone and email (even throughout the summer). She managed to get the whole thing done on time which I never thought would be possible for an experienced solicitor, let alone a trainee. She's been the absolute best and is now assisting one of my colleagues with a purchase, as I have recommended her services. A++

Well, buckle up because I'm about to give a 5-star review to the conveyancing service that handled my latest property purchase! And trust me, it was so outstanding and swift that I still can't believe it happened! I had Gabriela Goscimska on my case and she was faultless. We were up against a tight deadline as my seller need to complete before 5th April 2023 and SHE MADE IT HAPPEN!

First of all, let me tell you that I've been through some pretty awful conveyancing experiences before. I mean, we're talking about delays, miscommunications, and enough paperwork to make a forest cry. But this time around, things were different.

From the moment I contacted this conveyancing service, I knew I was dealing with professionals. Gabriela Goscimska was responsive, attentive and professional which put me at ease (which, let's be honest, is pretty important when you're dealing with something as stressful as buying a house with a tight deadline).

But what really blew my mind was how quick she was. I mean, I swear the woman never leaves the office or must have had some kind of time-bending superpowers. She managed to complete my purchase in what felt like the blink of an eye. I'm pretty sure she broke some kind of conveyancing speed record!

So, if you're looking for a conveyancing service that will make your life easier, look no further. Ronald Fletcher Baker are the real deal. They'll get the job done quickly and make you forget you're dealing with something as serious as buying a house. Five stars, all the way!

Ms Shahd Arafat damaged me in the region of £20 000+ and costed 5 months of our lives. We were assigned a junior solicitor who had absolutely no idea what she was doing. A bureaucrat who saw boxes she couldn't tick and stalled the whole process for over five months. In the end she neglected to see the very basis of the deal, a short let clause which she couldn't interpret and should have been flagged on the very first stages of the conveyancing. This brought the whole deal down and in the end this great company, Ronald Fletcher Baker will get paid their fee and losses are all on me and the buyer. Stir away,

We had a longer experience with RFB as our first purchase fell through, for the first purchase the experience was very very bad. Adelina was too busy to deal with our case, she told us about a problem with the property at the very end(report stage), but she had the info 2 months prior to that. For the second purchase, following a complaint, the experience was a bit better. Post completion experience 3*. Bottom line - I will never use them again, nor recommend them. At least not with Adelina being our/your conveyancer. I really hope this review will not impact the post completion relation.

We hired Ali to support us in the purchase of two properties which both unfortunately fell through.
Whilst Ali is clearly very knowledgeable and detail-focused we were left dissatisfied with his work for a couple reasons: (1) He was extremely busy and this seemed to hinder progress on the transaction. We had to 'check-in' with him regularly to keep things moving along. He was neither communicative on progress nor responsive to requests. On at least a couple of occasions we had explicitly asked him to get back to us on an issue by the end of the week and he either forgot or couldn't be bothered. (2) It sometimes felt like Ali was simply administering a process rather than providing advice and guidance consistent with our best interests. As first time buyers we felt exposed. On a couple of occasions it actually seemed that he was more concerned with representing the lender's interests than ours.

A really great experience with purchasing my first home.
