Outstanding service from start to finish and excellent quality. I was able to order several pairs of frames to try at home, then return them and receive my chosen pair, fitted with my prescription. This was done very quickly, too.
We will definitely be using Retrospecced again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Helpful and quick reply to my email re replacing a lens in my sunglasses. Kept me up to date on progress and the glasses were returned in a smart designer case. I could have purchased a new pair more cheaply but these had nostalgic value. In any case, this is a long overdue service which also makes a contribution to charity as well as cutting down on unnecessary waste.

I honestly can't praise Retrospecced enough for their service and quality of product. I needed my specs in a rush...they went above and beyond...I messed up on the prescription I gave...they sorted the new lenses at a reduced cost. They certainly didn't have to and I very much appreciated it. I will definitely be a retuning customer.

I have purchased Beautiful original design vintage frames ( at least 7 pairs) over the last 4 years. I have clear prescription and sunglasses / lenses. Swift delivery snd the team have been very accommodating over the years.

The fact they are beautiful unique vintage 40s/ 50s ( in my case) at a very reasonable price is my biggest reason for continuing to buy but the fact that this company has such ethical priorities supporting people in Africa is also the reason I go back and scroll through the glasses and buy!

Excellent service, really lovely glasses, and some money to a good cause. The only difficulty is in fitting the glasses as they are mail order (in an opticians they fit the glasses to your face in store). But I took my reteospeccs in to an opticians and they just fitted them for me for free.
