The measuring of frames was thorough. The response to the questions I had was polite and timely, I felt they had my best interests at heart. I love my new frames and they were so much cheaper than where I'd normally get them from. I feel good too about having upcycled new glasses. also liked that I had to upload a pic of my new prescription so room for error.

I love this company! I’m now proud owner of a beautiful pair of Ray Ban specs. I was looking at paying over £200 for a pair I didn’t even really like in Boots as was limited to their options. Looked elsewhere and price the same. Then came across Retrospecced. There were several
pairs I loved straight away. Customer service was almost instant response and gave great advice on lenses too. Glasses arrived within 48 hours of ordering (I didn’t get lenses through them as needed an option they couldn’t easily get for same price I was being offered). I have told several people about the company and will definitely be back when I need another pair. Thank you Retrospecced for everything, great company, great people, and great mission.

Such an incredible company. Not only do they sell gorgeous products at a great price but their service is so well run logistically and customer facing too. I have ordered my last two pairs of glasses from this company and I can not see myself going elsewhere in the future

I bought a beautiful pair of second hand Ted Baker specs from Retrospecced 2-3 years ago and they're the most comfortable glasses I've ever had. Last month I sent them back again to get the lenses changed to my new prescription. I got them returned with new lenses really quickly with no damage. It's despicable and bad for the environment that most opticians make you buy new pairs of glasses every time, and won't replace lenses on glasses you didn't buy from them, so Retrospecced is a diamond in the rough!

Emily helped guide me through the process of selecting varifocal lenses, making it feel personal despite not being face to face. When I had an issue with a previous purchase, the customer service team was extremely helpful, providing a voucher for a replacement pair. My new glasses arrived promptly and well-packaged. The environmental benefit of upcycled frames is a huge plus, and the quality of the frames is excellent. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely consider them as my first choice for frames in the future. Four stars!

When I received the confirmation email I asked whether I could upgrade to express delivery (as the express delivery option was not available at checkout). Emily promptly emailed me to offer the express service without extra cost. I made the order on Friday afternoon. I have now recieved the glasses on Sunday afternoon, so I'm really happy and would recommend Retrospecced to others. Thank you!

I wanted a varifocal lens and couldn't find this as an option, so emailed and Emily called me back to talk me through the process, prices and range of lenses.
Even though not face to face, it felt like a much more personalised service than normally available from a high street chain. Excellent all round!

I recently ordered a couple of frames from here, I love the selection of vintage styles they have & the fact you can find something different. The service was excellent & I received the frames in very good time/well packaged. It’s also a big plus for me that they are upcycled & environmentally friendly purchasing this way, I think the price was good & the frames are good quality.
