They came round to assess my house and gave the estimate time to start work and that was in March and it is now October. They don't have the decent to keep me informed of development. Be prepare to wait and don't expect their curtesy to reply.
I recently had solar panels and all the necessary equipment installed by this team, and I couldn’t be happier with their work. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional.
The communication was excellent.
Overall, this team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar panels!

If I could put a minus I would. This company are so unprofessional and treat customers who are social housing tenants as second class citizens. I have a big complaint in progress with the Director of the company Damian Curran. The amount of laws broken is incredibly. The office staff are rude and disrespectful. Even the contractors dislike speaking to one member of staff because she talks down to people and treats them like they/you are a child. The contractors do not care about our homes they leave dust, holes and a lot of broken items behind. They laugh at you and make snide comments. The contractors never completed the job perfectly, so, another company has to rectify the retrofit renewables shoddy work. The contractors still get paid and so do retrofit renewables even though so many things done wrong and broken property/items. The amount of money 🤑 they received per property is astronomical. I will let you all know the outcome of my complaint. If no communication I will be going to, trading standards, government department who supply the grants and legal action.

From the ladies at the office to the workmen who came out they was great, the workmen had to work around us and they did everything they could to make our lives easier
The company are excellent from the ladies in the office right down to the engineers that worked on the heating system, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone if they want a solar panel heating pump system. A big call out to both Amy and Sophie in the office for their professional support and to Liam and Mark the heating engineers for all that they did for us
