There should be a minus rating - absolute scammers and con artists

I received a pair of shoes that looked cheap and did not fit. I tried to follow instructions to send shoes back which they say must be done within 24 hrs of receipt. I received an undeliverable notice. I tried again and got the same message. I would never purchase from them again because they do not live up to their return policy.

Should be minus star. Avoid avoid avoid. At your own peril. If you want to throw money away, this is the company deal with.
When I received my copy of the order shortly after it was placed , I noticed they had missed out my house number
From the address. I notified them right away.
However several weeks later the tracking showed item was being returned to sender. I messaged them telling them it was on its way back to them and showed the proof of return supplied by Royal Mail, I got an urgent message which said I had to go to sorting office to get the parcel or it was being sent for destruction
Unfortunately after visiting sorting officeI was unable to retrieve parcel After several hours of chasing parcel and phoning supplied numbers I message loo he again.
No reply. Please please do not use this company, there are no guarantees

It took over two weeks for the order to arrive from China. I was sent the wrong size, the company informed me that the mailing cost was almost as much as the original purchase in order to the return the item and therefore offered me a 15% refund (despite them sending a wrong item). Avoid at all costs. Their money back guarantee is void. Do not order from them.

I ordered a pair of sandals UK6 and when they arrived they were a U.K. 4 I complained and sent all the relevant photos asked for. Their reply was that the photos showed they were the size I ordered, they offered me a 20% discount to order a new size. Readers beware , the quality and sizing is not to be trusted

My anti-virus website blocked Loomyhe/Loomhy stating it's a fishing scam website, similar to other websites set-up to steal our financial information.

Always seeing lovely designs but they don't exist
I think that they are a scam , also come up under different names

This company keeps coming up in my Facebook ads but think it is not a UK company. Just checked with Companies House and it’s not registered. The website address is Loomhy .com but on website their name is Loomhe. Probably Chinese / Asian company.

Does anyone know anything about this site - Loomhe/Loomhy
