Genuinely one of the best services I’ve ever received online. Incredibly simple to order, easy comms vis wassap, then a ridiculously speedy turnaround of the retainers. Posted out moulds on Monday, new retainers in our postbox on Wednesday. I know this review sounds gushing, it’s meant to 👏. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

The company offers a thicker retainer upgrade of 1.5mm which is something I’ve not seen other retainer companies offer and is very useful for night time jaw clenchers like me.

Really pleased with the retainer, my only criticism would be regarding the mould kit there was a lot of plastic involved, I wish it was more eco friendly. Fast service and good quality.

AVOID - An experience that turned out expensive.
After receiving the impression kit there was issues posting. The label would not scan but the post office accepted it anyway. Unbeknown to me the label was for a customer and my impression ended up at some unsuspecting persons house. I was sent a second impression kit but it the time it took to arrive the impression kit that was posted initially was forwarded onto Retainer Xpress. I received my first set of retainers but the fit was shocking. I couldn’t even get them onto my teeth. After contacting Retainer Express I was sent another impression kit. Replacement retainers were sent out which were not a great fit but I was able to get them into my teeth so I thought I’d give them a go. What a mistake that was as they ended up cracking one of my crowns. A very costly mistake. Take it from me, go to a dentist and have them done properly.

Efficient, good quality, very good service

Bought retainers from Retainer Xpress, they sent over the moulds required, I did it incorrectly the first time so had to buy another kit again, would have been nice if they added more spares in there because it can be hard to get right the first time but other than that the whole process was smooth. My retainers are still lasting to this day and they usually don’t. I bought the thicker one as well which has definitely helped its longevity.

Bought medium thickness retainers on an offer for 2. This is great for me as I grind my teeth so get through a lot of retainers. These ones are lasting well beyond others I have had. Good company to deal with. Would use again.

I’m so happy that I searched for a well rated online company, meaning I didn’t have to pay extortionate dentist fees also having to return for collection and didn’t have to wait weeks for them to be ready. The process was so easy and comfortable to do at home. I have recommended them many of times to friends and family and will definitely be returning when I need them replacing.

Retainer pack arrived two days after purchase and was very easy to do at home. The material is very good quality and I am still using it today, daily after 1,5 years.

One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.

This is a truly awful product. I have seen more wear on my Retainer Xpress retainer in just a few months than I have on my original retainer that lasted over a decade. They tried to pass this off as normal wear and tear which, anyone who uses a retainer, would know this to be far from the truth.

When contacting the company, their customer service is dreadful. I was offered a partial refund, after many emails regarding my complaint, only to be told I had to return the used product (to no end) or destroy it and send proof - so strange and unhelpful.

I have had to seek legal advice and I am not going through the small claims court. Despite receiving a letter from my solicitor, they still don't reply unless absolutely badgered with emails.

They are breaking so many consumer rights laws which would be inexcusable at best but for the product to be this bad, it's unbelievable.

DO NOT PURCHASE BY ANY MEANS.

I’m really happy with the retainers so far. They fit perfectly well.
Taking the impression was simple enough thanks to the perfect video guide and live consultation over the phone.

I recently had a great experience with Retainer Xpress, their service was very quick, I had all the support and info I needed to take my imprints (was easier than I had originally thought) and my custom retainers fit just as expected. I also got my imprints back which I can use again in the future. Before going with them, I had reviewed other UK-based options but honestly, I think I made a great choice with them. Accordingly, this will be my go-to place for retainers when I need new ones in the future.

Had real difficulties with the process. Even the biggest of the 3 moulds sent was too small. I was sent an extendable set, but had to ask to find out that it needs to be adjusted in hot water.

Unfortunately this meant after adjustment that the mould was almost completely flat, and the putty just moved to one side when trying to take an impression.

Bought around 3 packets of extra putty trying to make it work, but eventually gave up after lots of frustration.

I've since gone to a dentist, with impressions taken and retainers created with no problem, for around the same price.
