Jeff and Tom from Joe’s moving we’re fantastic, I can’t praise them enough. My problem is the price that has to be paid to donate furniture to Goodwill. $424.72 is an absolutely ridiculous amount to have to pay to make a donation that Goodwill receives at no cost to themselves but can go ahead and sell that furniture for pure profit. If I knew I would have to pay that much money, I would have asked to keep the dumpster a little longer and toss everything, because the dumpster is cheaper. Resupply’s services should be subsidized by the organizations receiving the donations, not by the donor. I would have been fine paying $50-$100 flat, but over $400 is ridiculous.

Wasn't happy I had to pay to give a couch and recliner, but it was worth it. Scheduled my pickup to accommodate the delivery of new furniture.

Friendly and fast service. Team was great and it only took 20 minutes. Pricing is also fair and favorable. Much appreciated!

Super easy to get the donation scheduled and picked up. AND that they offered to pick up other items to help dispose of properly was a great surprise. While it cost a bit, it was good to know they will do what they can to keep it out of the landfill!

The guys were wonderful. We told them it would be hard to watch things leave. They were clearing the items from our parents home. The were compassionate and efficient.

The dining room chairs and sectional sofa I donated were enjoyed by my family for many years, but were still comfortable and quite useable. I was happy to give these for use to a family in financial straits who cannot afford new furniture. I was angered when I learned that the furniture was being not being recycled for further use, but sent to "the dump". To add further insult, I was charged an exorbitant fee to have the furniture removed from my home! If resupply does not plan to donate furniture to families in need, they should review pictures of the potential donation before sending truckers to pick it up.

Dominique and her partner asked if they could come early and did. They were efficient and polite and kind.

The delivery personnel demonstrated punctuality, effective communication, and efficient service.

The three gentlemen that were assigned to pick up my donation were professional, courteous and very kind. I was very pleased with our experience and I will share our experience with friends, family, and neighbors.

The guys who came were very polite and professional. They knew exactly what needed to be done to remove our furniture.

I called to donate furniture for people in need. They took and threw all our things up in a truck and broke a few of them. They took everything to the dump. Was very unsatisfied with that. The guys were very nice and professional. Was charged a service fee twice, asked to be reimbursed for one of them. They sent me an email saying basically, I should have noticed it.

They were quite easy, gave a pick day quickly, and the crew was very professional.

The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish. The call to get everything booked was easy and informative and the quote was accurate to the day. I had a specific 2 hour window where I could reserve the elevators for them to use and they were able to accommodate that easily. On the day they communicated with me the whole way until they got there (even showing up early which was great) and then were incredibly nice and professional the whole time. Got an entire apartments worth of stuff out in exactly an hour by being very efficient. Was genuinely a pleasure to work with them and I highly recommend it if you're looking to donate or get rid of things!

The team did a good job, but the cost was way more than the estimate. I entered 17 items using the descriptions provided. They took 16 items and the cost went up dramatically. That was disappointing and not what I expected. I appreciate the service provided but wish pricing was more accurate.
