I was notified when the crew was on the way and they showed up quickly. They were quick and careful not to damage my walls. They provided an honest quote for the job. My only critique would be they did leave some of the screw need to reassemble a piece of the furniture

Drivers and staff were professional. Give time estimate that is in accordance with your info on your website (8a-12 or 12p-4). I selected 12-4p and requested an ETA. I was given 4-6p. Truck came at 6p. Driver said he was given 4-6p as the arrival time! My time should be respected too.

I liked the ease of scheduling, and availability of near term pick up dates. The day of move team was also courteous and professional. The ultimate fee was higher than the original estimate as the day of move team determined the final fee based on the size of my donation items. More transparency of the categorization rationale would have helped better explain why the final fee was a fair bit higher than the original estimate.

These guys were great. They were friendly and fast. Great attitude. Wayne, the driver was just a super guy to work with and an employee to be proud of. He was professional and represented the Company well. Would use ReSupply again and will refer my friends.

Easy scheduling, quick turn-around. Great movers. But -- first pickup was canceled without notice. And the tax receipt is not a receipt - the seller has to figure out the estimate.

After registering my donation as a sleeper/sofa, I was very disappointed I was not informed up front it was not recyclable and was told I would need to pay an addition $70 for them to haul it away.

The gentleman who came were exceptional. They evaluated the situation, figured out how to remove the furniture and went above and beyond, moving a very heavy dresser down stairs and out of our home with no issues. I was so impressed with them both. They were very professional, courteous and even patient with me. I had a new phone, the Apple Pay wasn’t yet and they waited for me to add a second payment. The only problem was with support. I called, texted and left an email thinking I may have to cancel because I was unable to get the dresser to the first floor. I was not contacted till the day of, which left me worrying that I might waste their time.

The guys did a fast and efficient job getting all of the furniture out of the house. They were pleasant and professional. Online booking was easy.

The whole process was easy and convenient.

This is my second time using ReSupply to both donate furniture and appliances AND have them haul away junk. The crews have been wonderful and the whole process seamless from beginning to end. What a wonderful program.
