The drivers did a great job removing very large and heavy pieces. However, when I scheduled the pickup on the phone…..talking to someone, I was not informed that a $50 “ recycle”fee would be added on to the estimate. This is dishonest/deceptive. The furniture I donated was in great condition.

I will not use this company again.

The ability to donate some used furniture to charity and the possibility of someone getting to use it a little longer. The crew was very patient and polite. The texted they were on their way. We were not home but the waited about 5 minutes till we got there. They went right to work to load the furniture and Eduardo walked me through the steps on how to pay. I tried the 1800got junk people first. Their quote was 3 times of Resupply. I would definitely recommend this service.
