Our team at Resume Writing Group puts a lot of effort and passion into every resume we write. Unfortunately, this customer was determined to be unsatisfied from the very beginning and refused all of our efforts to help her.

We were disappointed to read this customer's review given that we went out of our way to help her with her Federal Government resume project and provided a significantly improved resume for her.

The customer has only had her resume for two weeks, our money-back guarantee stipulates you have to try getting hired for at least 45 days because Federal agencies are required to review applications for a minimum of 30 days before making a decision about who to hire. We have followed up with the client and advised her that she needs to give it the minimum amount of time before requesting a refund.

We were also surprised to read this review because the customer reached out to our team and specifically told us how much she liked the new resume and approved the final draft, so we do not understand why she is no longer satisfied. If there is something the customer wants changed, we offer free unlimited revisions for 30 days, so she is welcome to reach out to us anytime and request a change if there is something she doesn't like...

I personally took the time, along with one of my senior writers, to compare the resume we wrote to the customer's original resume; not only did our team fix over 50 separate grammatical errors, we also fixed issues with styling, formatting, missing keywords, and improper sentence structure. We have now sent the customer another email advising her that she is welcome to ask for changes and letting her know she does need to wait at least 45 days for our guarantee. I'm not sure how we could provide better service than offering to make changes for free, repeatedly following up with the customer (even outside of normal business hours and on weekends), and asking multiple times what we can do to help.
