Our advisor David La Haye was very knowledgeable regarding the complexities of Equity Release and made sure we were fully informed of the pros and cons. He made sure he was fully understanding or our requirements and advised us accordingly.
Would recommend David should you be considering Equity release in the future.

kristian our legal adviser came out to our home to deal with our equity release he was very assuring and expalined everythink very clearly he wasnt pushy at all and just let us make up our own mind and to let him know when we had decided we felt really comfortable with him and would highly recommend him

Tracy took the time to understand our challenges and specific needs, highlighting the alternatives to ER and how we might consider them. The comparative numbers of other ER providers were helpful when making a final decision, as were the projections and impacts of making annual payments to lessen the compound interest. We did finally go down the ER route having considered a number of alternatives including downsizing.

Throughout the application process Tracy kept us informed together with actively helping resolve a special condition imposed by the lender when our solicitor was unable to.

Tracy went above and beyond our expectations and helped throughout the process with guidance and professional advice.
