If I could give zero I would. Product never arrived and no communication. Not happy. Don't buy from them. Rip off company.

I didn't order anything from Resilient Media but there was a transaction for $36.00 - I've laid a complaint with Paypal but there are so many complaints it is ridiculous!!!!
I trust companies that are affiliated with Paypal - now I am a little concerned - they should be having nothing to do with this company judging by all the complaints

Run as fast as you can, AWAY from these total scam artists. They operate as Mia Dixie, Resilient Media Pte. Ltd.and Pears and Peaches. What they advertise is the farthest thing from what you will get and even though you end up with a product that is useless to you because of their despicable false advertising PayPal sided with them so do yourself a favor and don't get yourself into that position in the first place. I am stuck with a pair of jeggings that should fit a range of sizes (I am right in the middle) and this piece of garbage would barely fit a child. I want to (and will) warn as many people as I can, so they don 't end up out $50 US, like me. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES.

I bought some ginger oil from this company for my bed joints and have not received a thing and difficult to navigate who you need to talk to I’m trying to contact PayPal regards this

This company is a scam. They sell under several different names. I purchased two pair of "Perfect Fit" jeans at a cost of $86.94 from a Facebook ad for a company called Mia Dixie. The PayPal payment went to a company called Resilient Media Pte. Ltd.
It took 2.5 months and several emails, plus a PayPal dispute before they even sent me a tracking number and then PayPal closed the dispute. I finally received my order last week, and they aren't jeans, and they aren't "perfect fit". They are poorly made, cheap leggings, with crooked seams. One pair has one leg cut on the wrong bias, and it twists. If that wasn't bad enough, I ordered two sizes larger than usual, and these are too small. I thought, ok...big t-shirt I can make it work. But they SHRANK in a cold water wash and left blue dye in my washing machine. I want to return them, but now I can't find the company anywhere, there was no return address or company info on the package, and I can't re-open a dispute with PayPal! I'm out every dime. These people are the worst. Do not buy from them.

PayPal have paid this company from my account. I have no idea who they are, what they sell and what I have apparently bought.
Invoice number and transaction ID details are there, but totally useless, as you can't get any further information about this order made. Getting a refund is near on impossible, and PayPal care even less about their customers as they refuse to intervene.
Total Scam.

Wish I saw this sight before I ordered. Two month and still no jeans. They keep saying it’s on its way. Disappointed in Paypal too. With all these comments and complaints (I also went thru them to complain also)

ordered jeans - not even 1 star. took 6 weeks to come. They are not jeans they are jeggins - hole in the crotch - had clearly been tried on before and nothing like the picture - or the size. I have sent 14 emails asking for address to send back to - they keep answering with stupid replies like we have your ticket number an will get back to you - you can have 15% refund - 30% refund - you will have to send back to malaysia etc etc - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

PayPal should refuse to transfer funds to this company.
I ordered a pair of jeans from them after seeing an advert on Facebook. I ordered on 31 October and it is only after raising a dispute with PayPal that they have put a package in the post to me on 3 December. What the package will contain is unknown.
I advise anybody not to send the company any money. Do not waste money. They are fraudsters.

Don't recall ever purchasing anything from this company. No need for their services so can't imagine what I was charged for.
