I wish i would have seen theses reviews before i ordered I hope im not going to be disappointed I work hard for my money like alot of people do I hope someone out there in this company has a heart as big as mine

Update this company's not that bad i ask for a return and they gave it too me no problem it took a few emails but i got my return

Very poor service
Product purchased on 8 March. Sent from China, and arrived 3 months later. The delivery times they quoted in responses conflicted wildly with the times specified on the website. Despite chasing, I was continually told to "check with my local Post Office", and Resilient Media took no apparent ownership of the issue, once they had my money. When the product arrived, it simply didn't work. The refund was promised, but only after returning the item - to Malaysia, which cost over half the price of the item. They are clearly just a marketing company, and are disconnected with the items they sell. I would suggest dealing with them with extreme caution.

I ordered an item from this company, money was removed from my account but no ordered arrived. When I queried this, initially with the company, they demanded to know order and shipping number and what company I had ordered from. This went on for some time, in the end I contacted my bank,who reclaimed the money from these people. I am now being pestered by them since they have my bank details for the money which they claim I owe them. I shall continue to fight this . Please be very wary of this company.

I wish I had read the reviews before I allowed these swindlers to con me. I'm usually very skeptical but for some reason they seemed legit. My advice to Resilient Media is that people out here are struggling. We are buying what we feel is absolutely necessary and can't afford to waste one dime. You should be ashamed of yourself taking the time to spend money on advertising, promotion etc just to rip honest people out of their money. All I can say is "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice.....well you know the rest. I hope you find some decency and return the money that people have in trusted you with. If you choose not, well you will eventually get what you've got coming. May GOD have mercy on your soul.

Money has been deducted from bank account, but product never received.

Extremely poor service, I have waited almost two months for my item. I have asked for a refund and they just keep giving me a tracking number which means nothing to me and giver very little information. Avoid like COVID-19!!!!!

It took a long time to receive the product. However, once it arrived, it worked very well. It helps ensure even seamline.

Shocked to have been caught up in a scam like this!!! Facebook should check out companies ratings before letting them sell on line. Never got my order either. Going to try get my money back from pay pal. Ordered on 29th Feb, now 8th May!!

Unfortunately I am just now reading these results. I too ordered $95.00 of product and still have not received!! I also paid from PAYPAL so the have gotten their Money. I have been trying now for 5 months. I feel like I probably need to stop 🛑 using PayPal and /or ordering products!!😡😡

Definitely not warranting one star. I ordered an item on the 12 January 2020 it’s now the 3rd May.
I haven’t received it, nor have PayPal been able to help in this situation. In my opinion yet another useless company.
Keep well away from both companies.

I ordered an item in January 20. Two months on still not arrived. Company just says its sent and now no longer their problem. I'm hoping PayPal will refund but we will see.
The company was trading under the name Minne Cherry when I used them.

There is a genuine Resilient Media group LLC but the scammers are Resilient Media PTE LTD

This Perri Angel does not deserve 1 star but I had put something. Ordered in 1/21/20 and received merchandise on 4/15! It is junk!!!! Do not buy from this website. How Paypal continues to provide service to them is not right!

I have this charge on my PayPal Account and did not order anything from this company. I have opened a dispute with PayPal, but it sounds like they will do nothing. If they don't, I will close my account with them. I hope they are not in on this scam/breach to my account.

If I could give this company and negative I would. People are right PayPal can't help don't know what the Quirk is in that PayPal should refund these people because are they in on the scam or what??

Resilient Media Pte Ltd does not deserve one star...they are a rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I purchased something on 11 January, heard nothing so emailed in Early February to send the item immediately or cancel the transaction. Still heard nothing. In early March I raised a dispute through PayPal. The company sent PayPal a fictitious tracking number. I have two more days to wait and then will get reimbursed by PayPal. Resilient Media is a scam and those involved should be in prison. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I have tried to contact you by email with no reply. I bought and item from you but I have not received one month's is gone since January. Would you please update me of what is happening, Or refund my money. I bought it based on the facebook review but it looks like you guys are worse on customer service
