Excellent customer service! Jacob and Amber were both professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was handled properly. We truly appreciate their time and assistance and would highly recommend working with them!
Signed up for a portajohn for a mobile site. Within about 6 hours I received approximately 9 emails, 6-7 text messages, and 2 or 3 phone calls. If it was up to me I would have cancelled service because that is ridiculous.

Great clear communication with an actual person who was extremely professional, courteous and efficient! Jackson took great care of our request, made clear what emails would arrive and assured me we’d be taken care of or to call him back! The delivery driver followed instructions and was also efficient and courteous!

Great Service!!! Everyone that I dealt with via phone and delivery made this easy for me. They were all very helpful and I will use them again. The delivery driver was great and suggested the shadiest spot for me.

Greetings! Rent Porta Johns and their representative Heather came my my rescue!! We just had our floors refinished so I am a little paranoid of having a parade of painters trounce around the house. I had reached out to several similar companies but got no response. I'm thankful I came across Rent Porta Johns. Heather took my call and expertly walked me through the process of renting. I had no idea the about the time line of the painting project but their business model is easy to understand and IMHO, affordable. We were put on the schedule and the unit was delivered the day before the work/paint crew arrived and placed on the exact spot I had marked. The painting ended yesterday and another quick call to Heather got us on the schedule for the unit to be picked up. We could not have been happier with this decision. On a personal note, we know great service/customer service when we receive it and the highest compliment I can give is that I would hire Heather in a heartbeat. She is a great brand ambassador and company representative.
