Horrible car rental place they lie and charge you all sorts of fees . It is not at the airport either and they had dead roaches on the floor in the line to wait for the car . Don’t do it read the reviews and don’t waste your money . Ended up being 350 for a car I rented for 120 on hooper never thought I had to pay all the extras was never told but did see the reviews and still rented .

Realmente la experiencia de buscar y recoger el auto estuvo bien pero al entregar el auto lo dejas allí en el lugar correspondiente, nadie sale a atenderte y luego de dejarlo la devolución del depósito no lo hacen. Por lo menos hoy llevan 9 días laborables y si contaremos todos los días 12 son y aún no recibo el depósito en mi cuenta y llamas a la compañía y nunca te atienden solo sale la música y después se cae la llamada. Como único borro este rate es si me llega el depósito acordado

The car broke down and I wasn't compensated
I recently had a rather frustrating experience with this rental car company. Upon arrival at the airport, I waited a long time to be picked up and taken to their facility. While the employee who assisted me was very nice, and the facility was clean and felt safe, the issues began as soon as I received the car.
The car smelled of smoke, and the remote wouldn't open the trunk, forcing me to use the lever inside the vehicle. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. I drove to my out-of-town destination, only to have the car battery die upon arrival. While the representative I spoke with was courteous and quick to find a solution, the ordeal was far from ideal. I had to take an Uber to my location, and they dispatched a driver with another car, which took about four hours to arrive. To expedite the process, I offered to Uber back to the original car to make the exchange after it was jumped and working again. No use in complaining and again, the guy who brought me the car was friendly and I know it wasn't ideal for him either.
Unfortunately, this incident caused me to miss an event I had traveled out of town for. The replacement car also smelled heavily of smoke, and parts of the interior were falling apart, making it difficult to maneuver. Although I was grateful to have a car, these issues added to my frustration.
While the company did reimburse me for my Uber expenses, there was no additional compensation for the significant inconvenience caused by their vehicle breaking down. Despite my numerous attempts to inquire about further compensation, I felt their reassurances of "taking care of me" were empty promises.
While the staff was friendly and the facility clean, which is the reason for the two stars, the quality of the vehicles and the lack of substantial compensation for the inconvenience make it difficult for me to recommend this rental car company. If the company decides to compensate me after all, I will be happy to change my review.
Alas, thanks for the generic response below that you have send to everyone else. Disappointing.

I booked on Expedia and purchasd…
I booked on Expedia and purchasd insurance. When I arrived, they said my reservation was canceled however they would rebook it. GREAT! They said they did not accept the insurance I purchase through Expedia and required a new reservagtion and insurance. So the money I paid Expedia was gone,, I had to pay a completely new fee without any of my previious funds being applied to my reservation.
It was 9pm and I did not want to waste time tryig to find a new vendor so I had to go along with what they did. On top of that, they told us all tickets and parking violations were included with the insurance. Well that was anothe lie. We got a non significant parking ticket for $19 but they refused to honor their insurance. Book with AVIS,, they are reputable,, DO NOT BOOK WITH WRENT A RECK!!

Ease of doing business. Shuttle pick up to and from airport was seamless. Just slight confusion with location on reservation, which still had the Simpson Bay address. Rate was good, however the $1000 hold on my card was a bit much! Other than that, great service!

The team was really great
The team was really great, they were fantastic even when our first rental car the wipers was not working. The next morning the team switched out the rental with in a few minutes and they were very apologetic for the car wipers not working.

Angry and disappointed …
First thing false advertising they advertise like there at the car rental facility but they are not near the facility which is an inconvenience. Secondly there vehicles are filthy and unkept! I did not trust the vehicle at all. I returned the vehicle back to them explained that they can charge me for one day but they turn around and charge me for the week. Total thieves.

It’s just OK
It’s just OK. I doubt I would use again. The car didn’t have Apple play which made it a pain to find my way around. It’s was sorta clean, but it’s a real inconvenience if your flying in with any type of time line.

STAY AWAY. Leide varebil. Lastelemmen fungerte ikke og måtte sende ut reperatør. Oljelampen lyste hele tiden. Fylte opp og leverte dagen etter. Fakturert for 5320 istedet for 1500. Faktura sier 4800 og at depositum er retunert. Ikke kommet noe inn. Sier det manglet drivstoff, rens av bil etc. skal ha vært hund i bil( ja har vistnok kamera i bilen). Har en hund som hoppet inn i bilen og lå på gulvet i noen minutter. Svindel.
