Just had my new patio door fitted last week and I can not praise enough for the excellent service from Renka and their Team. At all stages from dealing with Martina and Bruce, through to the excellent fitters Steve and Richard the experience has been great. Like previous comments, there were a few changes along the way from my side but all handled perfectly by the Team. My system was the Cortiso system and I am so impressed with it. Happy to recommend.

What a fantastic company. Been on a journey with them for last couple of years. Bruce and Martina were amazing and so patient with us. We had constantly evolving plans which meant changes to sizes and spec involving quoting and requoting time and again, but nothing was too much trouble. Eventually made an initial order of a rooflight followed by an order for a full Reynaers window system.
In a time of COVID and materials of short supply they gave a 6 week lead time, far less than most companies and were exactly on time.
A fantastic bunch of lads came out to fit the windows for us. All very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The pricing was also very reasonable.
Thankyou Renka for making one aspect of our build relatively easy and efficient.

Just wanted to thank you & the team for the replacement window which was fitted last Tuesday. It’s looking fabulous as promised, especially now Spring has sprung & the garden has some colour in it ... that big window really does provide a frame for the garden!

The lads worked hard to get it sorted & all really nice, polite, respectful lads - which makes a difference & we know you’d want that kind of feedback as they represent your business.

This is the second time I have used this company - an extension on our old house, and now we have done a large renovation and extension on new property. For this latest one, Renka supplied and fitted all glazing to the extension which included some complicated apex glazing, replaced all the existing glazing and also were able to meet our very specific requirements and design on front door. It was a very contemporary redesign of our house so glazing was a critical element. Out of all the different trades people and companies we dealt with as part of this project, Renka was the most seamless and no post installation issues (more than I can say for others). I felt like from start they wanted our project to be successful, and gave good input and guidance on aspects we hadn't considered. All delivered on time which was important because we always had tradespeople lined up for the next part of the build and the installers were lovely. Polite, answered all our questions, no issue at all with the quality and finish or workmanship. Given the scale of the project and multiple tradespeople, there were a few moments where there were debates about who was responsible for what but I found that Renka were super responsive, worked with builders and architect where they needed to resolve anything, always could get hold of them, and felt they really knew their stuff. One of the installers took too much sugar in his coffee but other than - I've got no complaints at all, delighted with how the project turned our and Renka were a critical part of it. I would definitely recommend. If i could upload photos I would as glazing looks amazing.

I totally agree with the previous review.

Our bifold doors are incorrectly fitted and seals incomplete. E.g. Rendering cannot be properly finished as the door is set c 1.5 inch into the wall on one end and flush with the outer wall at the other end also causing the step to stick out.

the decision to use Renka as our window supplier and installer for our new house build was the worst decision we made during the whole project!
The customer service was nothing short of appalling, the directors / owners attitude to us as customers was the worst I have ever experienced. The workmen were inexperienced, often arriving on site with the wrong equipment or the wrong parts.
This is a huge investment and the after care service is non-existent !

Awful Experience. Please do not use this company .
They have been very unprofessional.
I had some windows/doors fitted by there company.These were ill-fitted and caused cold air ,and draughts to come through via gaps into the house .I contacted the company and after much delay from them they eventually contacted me.They were totally disinterested and explained that this can happen and is to be expected .I stated that I would wish for them to kindly undertake an internal inspection .They stated this would cost me a call out fee of £175 -00.I asked I was within the 10 year guarantee period but they told me that this was not applicable .
If I wanted my issue to be sorted then an engineer would inspect at the cost listed above and additional work would cost me further .
Honestly the whole experience is very disappointing ,unprofessional and costly .
I have since had this rectified by another company.

Renka installed three sets of sliding doors (RS20) on our project in a day - we are very pleased with the quality of the products and the service. Renka were very responsive to some minor snags which were resolved to our satisfaction through onsite visits, despite the challenges of COVID-19. We love our doors - thank you Renka!

There was a another 1 star review on this site which I would agree with. We had 3 sliding doors fitted, from the very beginning of the installation there were problems, Fitters walking over freshly fitted, very expensive frames with dirty boots, one frame wasn't fitted level and I had to tell them to change it, another frame was forced into place with a swift kick from a boot causing damge that Renks later tried to blame us for. We had to fight for months to get them to finish the job and make repairs and only did so after we threatened legal action. We still have ongoing problems and one door we can't open at all (which in itself is a fire risk that Renka doesn't seem too concerned about!) They now say we have pay £150 before they'll come and do any other repairs/adjustments. We think legal action may be the only answer. All in all this company are more concerened about the £££'s and extend very little effort to customer service. So as the other review suggests....don't touch them with a barge pole!

Absolutely terrible. Customer service appalling. We’ve had constant problems since day one with water leaking into house and large sliders being stiff and difficult to move due to being bent. Bedroom window was never installed correctly, sliders are definitely warped. All Renka have done for past 2 years is blame everyone but themselves for the problems. We’ve been told it’s the builders fault even though we specifically used Renka for installation to avoid this problem, we’ve been told the sliders are designed to allow a little water in during extreme weather! The excuses go on. They’re own installers told us the job should have been allowed 2 days for installation but they were given only one, it was not enough time to do the job properly. As architect’s ourselves we researched this product and company thoroughly. After meeting their sales team at the Grand Designs show and visiting their premises we thought things would be fine but sadly this has not been the case. After 2 years of struggling with this company we’ve been forced to live with an inferior product and have the problem of water damaging our home when we suffer extreme weather. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole.

What can I say excellent service from this lovely firm very efficient turn up when they say very clean and professional and my sliding patio doors are amazing thanks all highly recommend
