I put in an enquiry and within less than an hour, I had 11 missed calls from them. I couldn't answer as I was at work. I called them back and a girl called Chaniece / Shanice answered and I asked them to stop as 11 calls is just insanity. 10 minutes later.... another call. This time I answered and again told them to delete all my info and ill take my business elsewhere. I was going to be hiring out a large number of industrial skips long term also if they were easy to work with. Their harassment has cost them thousands. It also sounds like an offshore call centre so im assuming they contract out their work or act as a broker. Very dodgy company.

That the worst buissnes experience i had so far. How could took money delivery materials 24 hours later and tipping in the middle the road instead as per order put in side by the grab lorry.
Avoid do business with that people as much as any body can.

I have ordered a few skips and have always received good customer service. The skips were always delivered and collected on time.

When i asked for a lorry with extendable arms because of the issues with the delivery despite me telling the call handler if my sever disabilities i was assured it would be sorted on collection, and it wasnot sorted, yet your advisor told me it had been sorted. Im not stupid and dont like being lied to. I am a disabled veteran and disgusted with the service I received. Also overcharged by £100 also. I will never use your service again. And im sure this review won't be published.

Hello! Feedback is all good! Easy to order, for a good price. Arrived when you said it would. Your advice for the size of skip I needed was correct. I called you when it was ready for collection and you collected the day after. No fuss, no hassles, no problems. A good job done. Thank you.

Cancelled a skip the same day as I booked it. I was told there would be a £75 cancellation fee. 17 days later there's no sign of any refund! AVOID this company

Efficient service, initial call were helpful explained how everything worked. All sorted in minutes. After reviewing my waste again called to asked for a 8 yard skip. After a minute or so they came back, all was completed and size upgraded.

Skip arrived on time and was taken away on time.

no complaints from work force on site. job went smooth.

Delivered as requested and collected as requested. All enquiries were dealt with politely and efficiently.

Too expensive

Great communication, clear guidelines of what could and couldn't be included in the skip, really easy to book and the lady on the phone was really helpful in aiding us decide what size skip we would require. Delivery and pickup were quick and efficient and the fact that they deliver after payment to the required place without the need for someone to be present was a massive bonus. Highly recommend.

You were to quick to take full payment snd advised you could do the job when I was told later by the contractor it wasn’t possible you still haven’t come back to me will confirmation of refund
