Excellent service. Easy to use website with clear pricing. So many skip hire companies to choose from but the reviews for this company were excellent so made our choice. Well we can say personally this company were amazing. Delivery on time, with a really friendly driver, and skip was collected as requested - in fact it had gone by the time we left for work. Reliable skips unreliable!.
I really wouldn’t recommend.
I paid for my skip online. Booked for Wednesday 9th July, all good.
Wednesday arrives. No skip, I contact them, I’m told we have tried to contact you there’s a system issue and your skip will come tomorrow. Bear in mind I have no missed calls and no emails but fine I’ll accept that. Thursday 10 July comes no skip. I give them a call, I speak to Katie she tells me leave it with me I’ll contact you back with an update. No contact and no skip. Now tomorrow is Friday, what are the chances I’ll a) get my skip b) actually get someone who has integrity to give me an update contact me?, I’m not holding on to much chance of either. I have no issues with there being problems, I get that happens, I have an issue with not being told what’s going on. I really wish I had gone with a local company and not effectively a broker. They also don’t open 9-5pm as a business owner I can tell when I’m passed to a third party call handling company- these guys effectively just take your details and pass them on to the company who in this case never give you an update that’s of any use. Now I’m preparing myself for the fight to get a refund if my skip hasn’t arrived by tomorrow. Seriously don’t use them.
Update: did get an email response assuring me the skip would be delivered today (Thursday) at all costs. That’s perfect, why couldn’t you just tell me without me needing to go through so many channels to get a reply. I really don’t deal well with ‘we will get back to you as soon as we know’ and then no one gets back to you until you chase up again. I won’t be using again.

Skip came first thing and was delivered with no problem and pick up was the same, we will definitely be using them again and will tell others too

The skip was delivered and collected on time with no trouble. There was clear instructions on what we could place in the skip and what was not allowed. Katie from customer service was brilliant at keeping me updated. I am happy to recommend this company and will use them again. 😊

Great service! The driver for both the drop off and collection was polite and friendly, we have a new drive way and he gently placed the skip as close to the house as possible, no damage no sinkage. The skip was in a good condition so no unsightly rust bucket on the drive for the duration. The price was the most competitive on the Internet by far, I spent a Saturday trawling through comparison sites and websites, all contact has been polite and friendly, customer service is superb and personable. Great company! They also have an eco scheme currently where they plant a tree for every 3 reviews. I’m no tree hugger but that’s great right! Very happy.

Ordered a skip. Our drive is sloped so we sent pictures, both close up and from across the road, as well as a measurement of the angle of the drive, to check whether it would be okay and was told it would be fine. We trusted them because we know other houses on our road have had skips no problem.

This morning the delivery comes and they can’t get it on the drive. They dump it on the pavement and leave and we have to try to get to taken away before we’re fined by the council. A different guy comes to take it away and tells us they always have trouble delivering to our area because it’s hilly and their trucks can’t handle it so they should have declined the job - great.

We ring to ask if we can still get a skip given we haven’t successfully been delivered one and get told we’ll get a call back in 10 minutes. Obviously no call back for hours and we have to chase. Finally get a call back and are told they can’t deliver a skip to us and will give us a refund but will charge us a cancellation fee. Baffling that they think this is acceptable, it wasn’t our fault they didn’t look the pictures and measurement properly to confirm they could deliver to us. I don’t know what more we could possibly have done to facilitate delivery. Be aware that if you book with Reliable Skips and they can’t deliver for whatever reason, they will charge you and say it’s your problem.

We needed to extend our pick up date this was done very easily.
Our whole experience was extremely smooth from ordering to collection Katie was very helpful kind and pleasant (one less thing to worry about during a house move )
