Most inept company ever
Three separate parcels of goods that I sold on Vinted are currently lost somewhere in the Relay system. One is already three days late. No hint as to where it is currently. One is showing that it's still at the parcel shop. The shop says it's gone with the courier. The third has taken me three days to post due to issues with Relay at my two local parcel shops. These ranged from "run out of labels" to "the system is down". I've now removed Relay as a Vinted postage option. Never again

Would give zero. Communicated was say and order was not to be delivered. It was left on another neighbour’s window will out in open and Ofc not there when I got back. No reply from relay and they do not follow their own guidance of two attempts if not in. Why the courier did not actually knock and leave with a neighbour who was in we will never know.
DO NOT USE RELAY! When they first started they were good but not now alas. I am fighting to get a refund and Relay to date have not replied.

Package open, item missing
Would give zero but can’t. Delivered package by leaving it under car. When retrieved package clearly had been opened and tied back together. Even in the photo of the package when they delivered it. And an item is missing.
I sent a vinted parcel using Relay
I sent a vinted parcel using Relay. When the parcel was dropped off the cashier scanned the code and placed an orange sticker on the parcel. At this point NO ADDRESS LABEL was attached to the parcel. I then received a complaint from my Vinted buyer stating that I had sent him the wrong item. But I had not. This means that the courier placed my address label on the WRONG parcel and sent my actual parcel somewhere else. I had to refund the buyer. So have been left out of pocket and have no item either. Disgraceful service.

Vinted clearly thought they’d give you a chance as a delivery company judging by what I’ve seen over social media and previous reviews on here they’ll be re thinking using you as a service.
My jacket was “delivered” to my local corner shop. I popped over the same day to collect and was told they don’t use Relay yet. They’re in the process of setting it up (don’t worry! I’ve kept them updated and your utterly atrocious customer service and I think they’ll be dropping you, I’m not the only one moaning about you there either!)
Anyway. I got another notification the next day! Ready to pick up! Offs I pop to the local shop! Nope! We still aren’t set up and we’ve had no parcels!
2 weeks now! I’ve had an automated response from my original customers service enquiry saying you would get back to me in 72 hours. It was in fact a whole week where you responded to me telling me you would get back to me in 72 hours! Guess what … it’s been another week 😂 and still no response. Still no jacket.
I thought Evri could sometimes be a bit rubbish but you’re off the scale! A new company on the saturated market of delivery companies and you balls up this spectacularly? Wow!!!!

I left instructions because my house is up a driveway and some couriers struggle with that.
Despite this, Relay didn't even attempt to deliver my package, they just marked it as a failed delivery.
Phoning their helpline just results in an automatic message telling me to check online for tracking before it hangs up.

Should be 0 ,firstly was mistaken with collect point, when finally my parcel arrived shopkeeper cannot scan my code,he tried manually and keep saying not such package , terrible, terrible, terrible, waist of time and money ,never ever will use them again.

Said my delivery was failed even though I was at home when ‘attempted delivery’ apparently took place. Was told re delivery would be attempted 2 days later yet 4 days later it’s apparently still making its way back to the warehouse. Customer service still haven’t got back in contact with me. Parcel is surely lost or stolen by now. Disgraceful

I’ve never had a package go missing in transit before using Relay. And they give you NO communication, updates or transparency. Like they think people are going to spend money on items and then move on when they aren’t delivered. Worst delivery service out there by far! Avoid if you can.
Two parcels delivered to the wrong address in one week
Absolutely appalling service. I have now had two parcels delivered to two different addresses (neither are mine!) within the same week by this courier.
The first parcel was marked as delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. I ended up walking around my estate trying to work out where it had been left. When I eventually located the property shown in the delivery photo, the occupants denied having my parcel and refused to hand it over. As a result, I had to reorder the items at my own inconvenience.
Before the replacement order was sent, I updated my delivery instructions to make them crystal clear. I specifically stated the colour of my front door and instructed the driver to leave the parcel in the shed next to my front door. I was even sitting by the window waiting for the delivery when I got the notification, as it stated it’ll be “any minute now”
Despite this, I received another notification saying my parcel had been delivered. Once again, it had not been delivered to my property. The proof of delivery photo was not my house.
I receive deliveries regularly from Amazon, Royal Mail, DHL, Evri and other couriers without any issues, so the problem is clearly not my address. The fact that this has happened twice in one week shows a serious lack of care and attention by the drivers.
I am now without goods I have paid for and have spent far too much time trying to locate parcels that should have been delivered correctly in the first place.
Very frustrating experience and not a courier service I would trust with future deliveries.
Diabolical service
Diabolical service. Dumped two parcels worth £100 on my doorstep of midterrace house in the town centre. The parcels have obviously disappeared and they said that they considered it delivered because I didn’t put a safe place or neighbour. So why tf didn’t you take it back to the depot?????? Infuriating experience I wish I could give 0 stars
