Deceptive Practices
If I could give them zero stars, I would. When going through the contracting process for the Houston Brookhollow III location, I explicitly and repeatedly told them that I was planning to do a Google Business Verification. There was never an indication that it would be an issue. When I first went to the location, the front desk staff told me that they would not allow me record the video necessary to sub my Google Business Verification request. They said that they have a company policy that will not allow filming of or in the office. Given that their business is to provide office space that I’m sure many people intend to use for Google, this should have been made clear during the contracting process upfront and when I discussed it with them rather than waiting until after I signed a contract. When trying to discuss it with their management, they kept saying that they don’t control Google, but what they refused to acknowledge was that they wouldn’t allow me to record the needed video based on their policy. There were other red flags along the way. They signed me up for the wrong location and charged me for it. They couldn’t simply switch locations and credit me. I had to create a whole new account and submit information to have my credit card refunded. It was a pain. Then I got an email from the center saying that they were going to charge an additional $30 for mail forwarding. They were also shady in this during the contracting process. They said that I would have mail services, but they did not tell me that I would have to pay an extra $30/month to have it forwarded to me. I was also under the impression that my name would be put in the directory, but they charged extra for that. Then there were issues with the monthly billing… after the first month. I can’t imagine having a worse experience will avoid working with them in the future.

I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
As you have already been informed, Google do not accept Virtual Offices for business verification. You were also informed that it is possible to film in an office or meeting room if you sign a waiver, but this does not include communal areas where staff, customers or visitors may be present.
We apologise for the confusion that surrounded your preferred choice of centre but please remember you signed the original agreement, and the home centre is stated on it. As soon as you let us know that you preferred another centre, we assisted you with the change.
Please remember that mail forwarding and signage are optional and you are free to opt out of them at any time.
