Be cautious and do not trust this company.

I entered into an agreement with Regus based on their advertisement promoting "flexible terms." However, I encountered significant challenges due to numerous clauses in the fine print that ultimately led to an unfavorable contractual situation. I missed the cancellation deadline and was obligated to pay an additional six months without utilizing the services. I strongly advise exercising caution when dealing with this company. It is imperative to thoroughly review all documentation and to be prepared for an upfront payment, including a deposit. The overall costs are substantially higher than those initially advertised.

Hi Claiton, I am sorry you felt the need to leave another review about this.
As we have already explained to you and your business associate we take renewals very seriously and ensure that the process, which is very simple, is communicated to customers upfront. Prior to any renewal, our customers receive courtesy email reminders.
According to our history, you received these emails on 10 and 24 August 2023 with detailed information on prices, terms and the option of ending the agreement if you no longer require our services. This was sent to the email address we have on file, which you can review and amend at any time by logging in to your account online (myRegus.com).
Once your agreement with us renewed, we confirm it via email which we did on 01 September 2023. You can check these emails in the Account > Documents section of your online account.
Despite these emails you did not request the cancellation until almost five months later which was too late to make any changes.
We work hard to ensure our services offer exceptional value to our customers and to provide many different options to meet every requirement and budget; we have many satisfied customers which is a true reflection of this, and our sales team are available to answer any questions that you may have prior to signing an agreement.

Worst Office Providers - Regus(IWG group)

Dear Business owner/Director/Enterprenuer,
If you are thinking of finding office space, for the sake of peace mind and desire to grow you businesses rather than wasting time fighting with the accounts at Regus.

Save yourself the hustle and find a company with clear clear terms and conditions and one that says it will do what it will do.

Don’t be deceived or swayed by the swanky sales people, that’s all they are,”sales people”. Once you are done with signing your contract, the battle with accounts for things you didn’t sign up to from Kitchen facilities, IT and retainers practically every time they dream it up is a Joke.

We have been renting at Regus for 3 years now simply because it’s strategically located, However for the most part of 2 years our time here has been a nightmare with accounts. Even it’s own community managers do not understand their invoicing or accounts. Save yourself the hustle.

Having managed to resolve all these issues as we await the end of our lease, whilst paying our bills on time owe are now being charged a retainer because we do not have a direct debit setup.

However can anyone advise why anyone would want a direct debit set up when you have experienced unscrupulous deductions and managing to get your money back after so much distress.

No notice was provided, re the retainer. No effort was made to advise us that this what they planned to do.

When we wrote to them, there was no effort made to address our concerns or address previous concerns.

The worst company, I have ever had the most unfortunate opportunity to work with.

Our offices in Staines have a high office turnover and Manager turnover.

Stay clear of IWG and Regus I’m particular. The rating and feedback on this platform and many others are a true reflection of this poor solution to business owners.

NB:
Accounts is an automated system and you will never get to speak to anyone because I was advised that this department has been transferred abroad or outsourced which shouldn’t be an issue however it’s the fact that your chances at a resolution will drive you nuts.

Do not add any extras to your account, if do decide to rent space from them of which I would recommend against.

Hi Violet, I’m sorry you felt the need to escalate this.
We understand that your main concern is about your payment retainer charge. We ask all our customers to add an automated payment method to their account; I apologise if this wasn’t clearly communicated to you.
We understand that this is not always possible, so we agreed as an exception for you to pay via an alternative method.
That exception is made on the understanding that an additional service retainer is payable.
If you decide to add an automated payment method to your account (which you can easily do through your online account (myregus.com), under the Account / Billing and payments section), we’ll immediately credit and refund this additional retainer.
We certainly do not agree with your comment on ‘No notice was provided, re the retainer’ as we always ensure transparency in our invoicing process. The notification emails were sent out to our all customers in April and May 2023 about the payment method change.
We do have a correct channel of support to assist our customer’s queries and concerns. Our customers can contact our account helpdesk team via their online account (myregus.com) ‘Help’ section and they will assist via email. This is to ensure that our customers get a quick response and assistance efficiently.
Your centre team is your main point of contact who is currently assisting you in this matter and is available to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact them.

I would rate less than one star if I could,
Again, they tried to take money out of my account yesterday after they told me they would sort out the mistake they did,
Shame on them and shame on the management allowing this scam to go through the company unless they’re the people who authorising the scam.
I’ve contacted them many times they always reply will sort it out. They never did. I keep receiving emails and harassment from them so enough is enough someone has to put a stop to this jok company.

I understand your main concern is about the late payment fee charged to you.

We reviewed your account and noticed that your credit card payment for November 2022 invoice was unsuccessful and pending payment. Due to this, a late payment fee has been billed to your account and it is valid. You may check this with your bank if there is any issue with the credit card.

You can review invoice and payment dates on your statement of account, available in your online account (myregus.com) which has also been shared with you by one of our team member.

It certainly did not deserve the words you’ve used.
