Be very careful with unexpected fees (from the get go they include 'coffee service' and 'high-speed internet' even though they were never disclosed upfront). Despite having my card on file as the main payment method, the charge didn't process automatically, and I was hit with late payment fees. When you dispute charges, their accounts team just dodges and stops replying. The facilities might be nice, but they take you for a ride.

At Regus, we work hard to ensure transparency in our invoicing process. Following a review of your account, we can confirm that no late-payment fees have been charged in your account. Our records also show that no payment card was set up for automated deductions. Please note that automated card payments are not currently available in your country, so invoices must be paid manually by the due date.
We can also confirm that no charges for priority internet or coffee and tea services appear on your invoices, and these services have already been removed from your account.
Our invoices may include recurring charges, such as monthly office fees, which are billed in advance, and one-time services, which are billed in arrears. All invoices can be reviewed through My Account > Billing and Payments at myregus.com and are payable upon receipt, but no later than the 15th of each month.
