Mi experiencia ha sido nefasta en Regus…
Mi experiencia ha sido nefasta en Regus Las Palmas (Canteras). Quisiera advertir a otros profesionales para que no pasen por lo que he tenido que pasar yo.
En mi caso el problema principal ha sido el cierre indiscriminado del centro, habiendo documentado por ahora un total de 29 cierres en menos de nueve meses. Además es habitual que avisen el mismo día, no dejando tiempo para maniobrar. Esto naturalmente es un problema tremendo para los profesionales que trabajamos con clientes y tenemos que dar una imagen y recibirles en condiciones adecuadas. Te privan de servicio de recepción y obligan a tus clientes a acceder por la salida de emergencia, un desproposito.
Además no realizan ningún tipo de propósito de enmienda, al revés, defienden a capa y espada este trato abusivo.
En general todo es muy opaco, contratos con clausulas abusivas, muy buena cara en primera instancia y luego todo problemas.
Cuidadito por favor.

I can assure you that we do not intentionally overcharge our customers. All of our services and costs are in the agreement you signed. Any that you do not require can be opted out through your online account.

The offices are well designed. Clean and organized. Good location. However, coffee machine is quite expensive. Implement more booth to talk quietly and confidential.
