Rex House London would benefit from a more modern, professional and welcoming environment, with upgraded facilities and a wider selection of complimentary refreshments for both visitors and office occupants.
In particular, businesses renting permanent private offices should have access to a greater variety of refreshments at no additional cost, as part of the services included in their office rental.
Additionally, takeaway coffee cups with secure lids should be provided, allowing us to serve coffee and other hot drinks to our visitors more conveniently, safely and professionally, particularly when taking refreshments into private offices or meeting rooms.
These improvements would enhance the overall experience for tenants and their guests and better reflect the standards expected of a premium Central London office location.

I have a nice office which is good for most of the year but the lack of air conditioning makes it intolerable in heatwaves.
The location is excellent. The main building receptionists on the ground floor are very helpful.
Our last Regus receptionist was excellent.
A repair man visits only once a month so if problems happen at the wrong time, they can remain unresolved for a long time.

Humiliated in London for me and my business.
I was sold a promise that the space I bought with Regus would be the same in all Regus locations around the world. I had meetings scheduled and the local Regus at St. James in London would not let my membership have the same space as in my home location. I need to be contacted by Regus to find out how what I was told (several times as I ask the same question multiple times for truth) that all around the world all Regus locations will honor the same space as my home location.

We are sorry for any misunderstanding that may have occurred.
Please allow me to clarify that you are entitled to 2 hours of free meeting room usage per day (depending on availability) at your home location. You are also able to book meeting rooms in our global network of centres, but these are chargeable.
We have asked for evidence of this conflicting information, but it could not be provided.
We’ve contacted you again to clarify exactly what your agreement includes.
