Still owe me money and are billing for coffee service after we have left

Still waiting for a refund on an admitted nearly $ 5,000 overbilling for the month after we were done as well as my retainer. It is Feb and we were out in December. On top of this they continued to bill me for a coffee service for the month of January when we clearly were not here. Owe us almost 10 k and still billing for coffee after we are gone. This has to stop! Gaslighting in trustpilot responses and pretending it has been dealt with is not helping- refunding what is owed and stopping the ongoing billing is what is needed to resolve the situation and thus far that has not occurred.

Your retainer refund takes 30 days from your agreement end date and we’ve well communicated that to you.
If you wish to query this further, I remind you again that the appropriate channel is to request support through the ‘Help’ section of your online account (myregus.com).
The tea and coffee services were billed due to the manual set up applied to your account when you opted into the service. We appreciate that this is confusing; the charges have already been credited back to you.

Overbilling in a scam-like fashion

I had previously written a poor review for this office because we had made it very clear when we wanted our short 2 month rental to end (in writing, with agreement in writing back), but Regus let the contract roll into the next month automatically with no email warning it would do so claiming that is just what their month to month program does.... Completely different story to what we discussed. And, they claimed no ability to refund us for the month we were charge for after we would have left the office. After we left a review, we were told we would be refunded the extra month's charge (as well as our security deposit). I thought it was resolved as we had received one of our returns back on December 22. We were awaiting our security deposit return as well as the extra month we had been charged. So, I was anticipating one more return as a refund. Instead, I noticed that Regus went ahead and charged us $4,688.06 on January 7, 2025, after we'd been gone from the office for over a month, and of course after I had taken down my negative review, which they repeatedly asked me to do after they could show me some refund going back onto my credit card. However, after I took down my comment because the issue was supposedly resolved and while we were still waiting for our second refund, regus charged me again a value of $4866 on January 7 after being out of the office for over a month. What is going on here?? Was this an error and you meant to GIVE me that amount as a refund, or did you really think that you could refund money to get me to take down a negative comment and then charge me again the next month? I cannot even erase my credit card information from their system, which is highly suspicious... we are done our time there! Stop charging my credit card that you should no longer have access to! Now you owe me $4866 as a refund on top of my security deposit. This is criminal billing behavior and I have alerted BMO Mastercard to refute that charge. Please refund what you charged me and stop acting like a scam!

It is unfortunate that you felt it necessary to post again on here when we’re already in direct contact with you.
You informed your salesperson, prior to signing, of your intentional period to be with us, however, within the agreement, we provided you with the proper channel to provide termination which was not followed. Once we received your written notice, we rolled back your renewal and honoured your original request.
Your retainer refund is not due to be processed until the end of January, this is the normal 30 day refund period and has already been explained to you.
It appears that the recent payment is due to your final invoice being unpaid. It was deducted automatically as authorised by you although we recognise that the amounts are incorrect. We will investigate and update you very soon.
